It was okay, they could not locate my laptop that l left there for them to fix. Eventually they did. Geek squad is good as long as you have a warranty, without that, you are looking to spend around as much as you paid to buy the item new. Would l use them again? Eventually.

Ran in Best Buy to grab some AirPods and look at computers for college. Spoke with Nat “Home Chef” in computers. He was great! We told him what we were looking for and he gave us his recommendation on a completely different computer. He instantly sold my daughter on that computer.
