All I want to say is Taylor is probably one of the best associates they have here Once you come in the store, no matter who recognizes you they will not speak or ask if you need any help so walked around found one of the associates to help. She did the bare minimum ,but I left absolutely please because Taylor stepped in went above and beyond extra friendly if I come back I will ask specifically for herThanks Taylor you are truly amazing and helpful in my time of need

Appointment was made and confirmed As we were at the desk they called me to cancel? Then the hair stylist proceeded to tell me she doesn't know how to cut layers anyway? Very unprofessional will NEVER ever consider this salon in the future. SHAME on you Ulta Salon! If I could give it a zero star experience I would.
