I deposited a check from my EMPLOYER and it was flagged for fraud. I never had any problems with any of my work checks. My employer even checked to see if they took it out of their account, and they did.They said it would be released after 14 days. It was 20 days later, I can see the amount cleared but had NO ACCESS to ANY funds I had in my checking, savings, or CD. It’s been over a month and still no access. I called the fraud department as instructed and no one answered the phone with all 5 attempts. On hold for over an hour each time.I need my employer to send a notarized letter stating it’s a “good check” when it clearly was. I understand my part to play in this issue but they didn’t care to resolve it after so many attempts to reach these people. Stay clear of this bank, don’t waste your time or money.

Saw me waiting to speak to the branch manager. After a half hour I asked her if she was going to wait on me and she just sat there. You need some good customer service.

Very understaffed. Made an online appointment for a loan, waited 15 minutes to do other transactions and when I got to the teller was told there will not be anyone available for the appointment til later in the day

I certainly miss the days of going in a bank and being treated like a customer. Today I walked inside the 501 branch to cash a check in the past I would pleasantly be asked how I what denomination I would like the money. Today I was told how I would receive my money. I was treated disrespectfully and I did not appreciate it.

Absolute worst banking experience ever. With so many choices in the area please pick any other bank besides this joke of a company. Overdraft protection doesn't actually protect against overdrafts, and support and even managers will do nothing to help.

They never try to assist, went in for a loan because of my credit they looked down on me and took no interest. Seems you have to have perfect credit to be treated equally. I’ll be closing my account.

Brittany at the Carolina forest South Carolina branch needs some customer service training. She was completely rude and asking weird questions to verify my account. I've never had to answer those types of questions and never as many as she did and I've banked with them since 2018. I feel she was just trying to give me a hard time because she's probably board at work. Her tone was sarcastic and rude. Everyone else I've ever dealt with in that branch has been wonderful and helpful. But Brittany could make the branch lose business for sure! I know I won't deal with her again.

When your spouse dies and they take him off the bank account with death certificate etc DONT DO IT! Different ever person you deal with!
