Horrible, had some typical banking to attend to and the agent “Megan C.” completely botched a simple service. When Truist called to follow up with a customer service review they wanted nothing to do with hearing negative comments. Going back to the bank that starts with a T and ends with a D.

Since opening my account I have had nothing but issues with this bank. They have policy that should be looked over by the better business bureau and the FDIC. I have had every payroll check held for 5+ days at a time, over Christmas I had a check held for 12 days. My time with them has been well over their 30 day requirement. I currently have a check on hold and no one seems to be able to help me or explain why it’s being held only because they can is how I’m hearing it. I’ve spoken to customer service representatives and supervisors. I haven’t been able to eat, put gas in my car, or live comfortably. I feel targeted, misinformed, and down right used. They have no back up policy for peoples checks being held, they say you can get a portion of your check released but I have yet to see that. They don’t see you as a person just as a number and if you are okay with working 40+ hours a week to not have access to your funds this bank is for you. I have never been treated this bad before It is humiliating and disgraceful.

Extremely slow tellers. 3 tellers and only 1 customer. I was the only person in line and I waited 10 minutes to see a teller.

Every time I have been in this branch, the people I have dealt with were very courteous and friendly. Also very knowledgable. They always make me feel comfortable walking in there .

It cost $8 to cash a check their own check if you don't have an account with them.

Worst customer service they don’t answer the phone and Megan lies and doesn’t get back to you and they stole $800 cash that I put in my account and it’s been 5 days and no call back on the “internal error” which is lies … ALWAYS check your accounts this is a sketchy company
