I have had the worse experience. I called to complain that one of the reclining parts of my couch and lovesuit went bad. This was mid December. We never heard back. So I called again. A guy came a looked at it by then the stuffing was coming out and another recliner went out. We gave them 6 weeks. We then stopped in the store and was told the part was on order. By then 3 of recliners were out and the zippers have gone bad. There is only 2 of us that sit on them and I'm always at work. So now the excuse is that there is a new owner. He promised to get it taken care of. 4 weeks later I called he said they just got the part in and the tech will get hold of me as soon as Monday and no later then Thursday. We'll it is Saturday and I'm done. I'm going to the better business bureau. My warranty is up in less than 2 months. Now it's is to be replaced or my money back. I don't want it fixed.

How is it that if someone calls and tell you that one they are not making payments on the stuff that it was put in your name for someone else that y'all don't come and pick the merchandise up y'all make the customer keep the merchandise after they are telling y'all they want their name off the account. This is crazy, that is why I always use rent a center bc one they understand your situation and if you tell them to come get the merchandise they come get it. Never will I ever get anything from Badcock

Dorothy in the myrtlebeach store is an example of an excellent representative she took her time with me explained my options and help me understand what I was signing she didn't rush me and I loved my experience I will definitely be back to purchase something else

I spent over 8k furnishing my new home last year in Badcock. I even got insurance on EVERYTHING!!! Less than a year my dining room table started peeling and my daughters bunk bed started coming apart at a junction that did not to be put together by their delivery crew. She's only 4 and weighs less than 100 lbs. I called Conway Badcock, which is where I purchased my bedroom set, my sons bed, my daughter's bunk bed, dining set, and mattresses for us all. I put insurance on everything. The young lady who helped me was nice and talked me into getting the insurance to be on safe side. She explained if daughter jumped on bed and it break the insurance would cover Or if the dining set has a water mark from your glass it would cover. So I called them to have them come out. I showed the young man the issues. He said that they would call. A week later no call. I called them. The manager took a while to come to the phone. She came to the phone and told me that the man told her it wasn't manufacturing damage. Oh yes it was, I only wipe my table off with water and rag and my daughter did not cause the bunk bed to start coming apart from the section that it was. So, the insurance is useless and their furniture is not of good quality. They're crooks. Go somewhere where they will value their customers and truly stand by their products and if you decide to go there...definitely do not buy their insurance. I spent almost 9k just to get a slap in the face when their furniture failed my family. Go somewhere else.

Friday at 830 am they called said my bed set will be delivered to my house on Tuesday. I called today to see when they were coming the girl on thr phone was so rude and nasty and said that I was was lier and they didn't call. I gave her thr time and number where they called Friday morning and said that was their number. I said we'll I need to know because one I have a rare disease that causes for alot of doc appts and I had one Thursday she said well if you have any doc appts you might as well cancel them and we will come whenever wr feel like it this week. One I have brain tests that needs to be done on Thursday and I can't miss it she said well you still might want to cancel and we will probably come by this week. I spent over 800 dollars and not a le to get my furniture I have to have help with everything g and hubby works long hours to provide for us so I need to know when they are coming. She did not have to be rude o could've been u king in her different tone of voice and wordUpdate the driver forgot pieces when it was delivered but the lady on yhr phone took thr time to bring it to me after she got off work. I don't know what happened in the last few days but I hope they keep up the good work
