Went there to grab a jug of oil and a filter for my Truck. Mr. Joshua informed me they have a special! You buy 5qt of oil and oil filter, you get an air filter for free! I ended up buying oil and filters for two vehicles! That made it cheaper than buying from WM! Excellent Customer service by Joshua

The store rep was quick to come out and help me put my car on the reader after I had a check engine light go on in my car. My car was not doing anything odd but I figured I would have it looked at. When it threw a code out, the rep was not knowledgeable about the code at all, other than what it was saying and the code it gave. I think that if you are going to offer this test for customers, you could help them with what the code if showing. It was in need of a part, and had he told me that, I would have bought the part that was needed. So I feel that you lost a good sale right then because the rep was not knowledgeable of the part. When I googled the code, it told me to turn the code off and see if it comes back on, then you will know that it was not just a misfire, and that you truly need to replace the part. But I was told that he could not clear the code. So in the end, they were able to tell me the code that it gave, and that is all.

I went to two different auto zones today and this one was more than helpful and explained everything to me. I came in to have my battery checked and the first auto zone I went to was in Conway on 501 refused to even check my battery. The gentleman told me that I had an electrical problem that was frying my battery and he couldn't help me with that. He refused to even complete the test to check my battery to see what was going on. Very rude and very unprofessional. He was a manager too which I found to be very disappointing. He had already seemed as if he didn't want to help me when I first walked in. I felt very uncomfortable. I immediately went to a different AutoZone where Josh helped me. He was wonderful, very professional, very helpful and explained everything that was going on with my car. Showed me different options to go with and offered help when I came back for my next purchase. Turned out my car needs an alternator and the battery was not being fried from an electrical problem as the first person in Conway at Auto zone told me. I really appreciate the time Josh took out his day to help me figure out what was wrong with my car. I recommend if you go to any AutoZone go to the one in Myrtle Beach on 501!!!! The women at the register was also very nice she acknowledge that I was waiting to be seen and told me she would be right with me as soon as she can, while she was working with another customer. Customer service is very important in any industry and at this AutoZone it definitely shows. Thank You for your help!!!

Today i went shopping on my favorite store of Autozone at myrtle beach and out of all the stores i visited this by far the best store in too many ways as soon ad i walked inside i was greeted by josh who was very friendly and help me out he take his time listening to me without rush and take his time of searching for my items and get it for me i was impressed so i asked him what’s your name because he deserves to be reviewed with the rest of the store employees.josh thank u very much for evey things .while im seating in my car writing my review I could see josh come out the store to assist one of the customer even so it’s vey hot day .if every store we well never have any problems.

Had a great experience with this place. Went there a few days ago because I needed new wipers for my car. Josh was very helpful, not only he helped me choose the right ones but he actually helped me to change them. 5 stars

if you're Hispanic more likely this guy Josh probably he's not going to help you out with the part that you need ..I was asking him a couple questions about a used engine that he is the one to talk to ..when he first saw me he just gave me attitude and excuses not to help me out ..two more employee where there a ladie tried to help me out instead because she new something wasn't right with this guy it is not It the customer fault if he didn’t get enough sleep I’ll spend my money somewhere else ..
