Had a great experience buying my 2026 Ram RHO from Team Dodge RAM Fiat of Myrtle Beach and would highly recommend them.
We were traveling out of town towing a trailer and we had some mechanical issues with my truck. We stopped by the service center on January 1st due to the issue with my 2019 Ram 2500 with zero intention of buying a new truck. But when a good deal shows up, it’s hard to say no. Next thing we knew, we were driving home in a 2026 Ram RHO Level 1, and we couldn’t be happier.
The whole sales team was upbeat, easy to work with, and willing to go the extra mile. Ozzy was our sales rep, and he was professional, responsive, and very helpful. I came in to get an estimate on some paint restoration and scratch repair on my wife’s vehicle They suggested I go to a auto detail shop since it would be cheaper and recommended Frank’s auto detailing who did a wonderful job restoring the vehicle to just about a showroom finish given the fact that it’s almost 11 year-old car. I really appreciate the honesty of these people and I came back with my pick up truck because my tailgate was misaligned and not closing properly. A wonderful young man by the name of Brandon realigned the tailgate and when I asked how much he said no charge wouldn’t even take lunch or beer money. Having own a construction company for 40 years I really appreciate a family owned business with integrity and honesty as well as great customer service.”

“I miss judged the distance between my 2013 Lexus sedan and the bumper of my truck in my garage. This resulted in a rather unsightly and long indentation and scratch along the side of my car from the rear quarter panel to the front passenger door. We received a recommendation to take it to Modern Rust and see what they could do. Bruno assessed the damage to the passenger side, as well as a ding on the left side and other scratches on the rear. He came up with an estimate which was half of what we had gotten from a dealership body shop. So later, we brought our car in to have the work done, and it was done in the time promised and was as perfect as the eye could detect. In addition, he had his folks detail the car so that when we drove it home, it looked as new as the day we purchased it in 2014.”

“I was I town for a short while and an animal ran in front of my car last evening and did some damage to the front right bumper and my parking g assist malfunctioned. The bumper was a little loose and I just wanted to be certain the car was safe to drive back to my home state. “As most people know, buying a car can be a stressful experience. At the beginning of September, my wife and I were ready to begin looking for a new car. Unfortunately, before we could begin shopping we experienced a tragic loss in our family. Once we were able to have a few minutes of sanity, we decided to try looking again. On Saturday, September 23, 2023 we had the pleasure of meeting Mike Sclafani at Mercedes-Benz of Myrtle Beach. We had never thought that we could afford a Mercedes-Benz but after driving a friend's GLC300, we had to give it a chance. Mike was nice enough to let us drive 3 different size Mercedes vehicles and one BWM vehicle so that we could make an informed decision. He was even nice enough to laugh at my "Dad Jokes" while we were on the test drives. The one thing I cannot stand is a car salesman that does not know his own product he is selling. Mike was very educated not only on the Mercedes vehicles but other vehicles as well. He even went as far to check on items instantly on his phone to ensure he was providing the correct information on all the questions I had. After our test drives, we told him that we needed a little time to work things through in our heads and grab a bite to eat. He was very understanding and never tried to "sell" us something until we were ready. After eating a quick lunch, we returned to the dealership and asked Mike to begin an evaluation of our trade in. He still had the keys to the GLC300 that we had looked at. This was the vehicle we wanted to buy. He said he felt that was the one we wanted and did not want someone else selling it. Mike was very honest with us and provided a great deal on the vehicle we wanted to buy and thankfully, the dealership was able to offer us a very fair deal on our trade in. Mike introduced us to Tanner Trautman who was our Mercedes Concierge for our new Mercedes-Benz. Tanner did an excellent job of ensuring our new vehicle was detailed and ready for our delivery. He then spent a great amount of time waking us through the details of understanding our new car and ensuring that we understood at least a basic understanding of how to use all the intricate systems. Mike also introduced us to the dealership's financial manager, Matt Verost. Matt was very informative on all the financing options and warranty options. He was not pushy about any of the items and just presented us with all the options we had to choose from. I cannot say enough about the positive experience we had with the team at Mercedes-Benz of Myrtle Beach. We love our new vehicle and really do appreciate the positive buying experience they gave us. We will buy another vehicle with them in the future.”
