Had a surprisingly smooth experience! My husband and I were greeted almost immediately. Picked up a new iPhone14ProMax and passed down my iPhone13Pro to him. Store Manager Olivia was attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly with an almost constant smile. Sales Rep Josh helped upload everything to my new phone. This store is in a convenient location in the Food Court and next to the Cinemark movie theater. We grabbed some lunch while waiting for the two uploads to finish.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️- Laura & Mark VanValkenburg, The Bluffs on the Waterway.

I had down payments at the other carriers for a iphone 14 pro max Josh got me set up with no money down ans saved me on activation fees also he is a wizard at his craft and he can get you right! Olivia the store manager shes amazing also definitely recommend these guys.

The sales associate in the store 2 days ago sold my daughter on another new line instead of upgrading the line she had with a new phone. This Created extra fees and aggravation … the sales associate/ customer service rep I just spoke with on the phone was helpful and talked us thru what had happened and gave new options to help with this .

My husband's phone for over 5 years could not receive text messages. We have taken it to a number of ATT locations, and no one could fix it. Until today. Natasha was fabulous. Worked with ATT technical support and fixed what no one could do! Thank you.

My boyfriend and i decided to come here to upgrade his phone as this was the only location nearby with the 14 pro max in stock in the color black, the AT&T associate working welcomed us and was currently helping another couple. The other couple decided to leave and the AT&T associate immediately starting talking trash about the couple that left saying "they are just made i couldn't get there line for them any cheaper than $65 but whatever" so we continued with our process to upgrade his phone. The associate openly told us he was new and didn't know much. He called his boss multiple times for help and to guide him through the process. Also he was more worried about talking about his self and what phone he has and what he does instead of focusing on the task and helping us upgrade this phone. He often used profanity and was very off topic. I get making small talk but he was very immature and complained about his pay saying he only made $12 hour and didn't know how to do everything was his answer to most of the questions i asked. We definitely would've waited if we knew this would've been the process because it was a nightmare.

I have been dealing with same texting issue for 3 months and all I get is promises that someone will call me within 48 hrs. They never do. They are great to you have a problem then they are useless

The north Myrtle beach store was a joke. Tried to tell me that the promotion I researched was not correct. They said they had no idea when I could get the phone I wanted. They quoted 2x the price I knew was good. Went home called direct to A&TT and had a phone promised in less than a week with a plan half the what they quoted AT N MB. New contract 10 dollars cheaper so phone ended up being free with couple hundred extra dollars in my pocket after 3 years.

We were in and out and before we had to even say the issue the person who helped us was on it quickly. He was polite and courteous. I would 10/10 recommend coming. However, the store employees in Coastal Grand Mall in Myrtle Beach were impolite, slow, and were rude and I would not return back to that location. So for that location a 1/10.
