I was helped immediately. I’m not very good with getting everything done to transfer my phone. The clerk was extremely knowledgeable and very understanding. She took me step by step with what I needed to do. She had patience with me and didn’t mind me asking questions about how to use my new phone. It’s very refreshing, especially in this day and age to find someone who actually cares about you as a customer.

I've had the opportunity to work, live and travel to many parts of our beautiful globe including peacetime and war zones. Having traveled that much and experiencing many providers and their equipment, I'll pick AT&T, as the best of the best, and the others are far back, so far back that AT&T has no competition, and it stands alone as a provider and customer service. Their equipment is far ahead of the others and far ahead of my knowledge base. My phone does all the work, so I can rest and get all the sleep I need, but wake me up early and on time also. Thanks AT&T, and your service is greatly appreciated also.

Came to get our phone fixed after the screen quit working. We was greeted by Christian, she was phenomenal and very helpful. Unfortunately with Apple, you're not able to get a phone replaced in the AT&T store but Christian made it her mission to get us the help we needed. She made calls with local stores like Best Buy and reached out to Apple customer care. While we were waiting for the Apple customer representative, Christian took the initiative to book a warranty appointment with a local store where there was open availability. Christian was a lifesaver and we left the AT&T store with good faith.

I was so upset that I lost my phone...I paid off the old phone bought a new one... I had an older phone and brought it with me.Thank goodness I met Larry...I gave him the old phone and in a matter ot minutes...and I mean minutes....he was successfully transferring the information to the new phone....I am forever grateful for the expertise Larry had to get me back on track...Thank you Larry and AT&T for naming me one happy customer.Sincerely,Darlene ScheffmeyerMyrtle Beach SC

Tom and James provided a great and friendly atmosphere while we waited on the line for 1 hour with customer service. Tom went out of his way and stayed overtime to ensure we were set up with everything we needed out the door. Best AT&T experience I’ve had so far.
