Power steering failed while on vacation & they were able to repair it in a timely fashion at a reasonable cost. They were very engaged with me regarding the repair process.

I have been going to Archer’s too many years to count. I’ve had numerous problems solved by Archer’s and they’ve been nothing but nice every time I’ve been there and with a car that has over 115,000 miles you can imagine how many oil changes I’ve had. I have nothing but good things to say about Archer’s. I’m sure I’ve given them a headache several times but it’s never shown. Great people to deal with and will continue to use Archer’s as long as they’ll have me.

I went there recently because the car's brake lights were staying on. A very minor problem, but I don't fit under the dash as easily as I once did.
They fixed the problem quickly and didn't try to pull anything. The total cost was higher than if I did it myself but certainly reasonable for having someone else do it. My feeling is that they are honest and therefore a good place to get repairs done. If I ever change my mind I will be updating this review promptly.

Do not use. I went in to get an oil leak fixed and front end components on my truck. Took longer than they said but then I get the call that it is ready. It was still leaking oil, they didn't change out my tie rods like asked...and I found narcotics inside the vehicle...of which the owners son said he didn't know what to do about it. I took it back to have them fix the loose bolts on my valve cover and the other issues they caused. Yet again my truck is still leaking oil and didn't get tie rod ends put on it. The excuse: it's an older truck. They seemed more concerned with fixing my fast flashing turn signals that they charged for but is still not fixed. Horrible. 5k later and still having issues. Do not use them.

I was recommended to Archer’s and I’m so thankful that I was. I remember speaking to Ryan a couple of times when I called and inquired about my car. He’s so polite and put my mind at ease when I was worried and stressed out. I know it takes a team to take care of everything that they do on their end, so I just wanted to thank everyone for helping and to say how wonderful they are. I appreciate y’all so much.

Awful customer service. Was even told to “shut up” by man behind counter. Dropped vehicle off to get evaluated for service messages. They never followed up with my phone call. So I went to repair shop to see what was going on. That is when I was told to shut up. Stay away!!

Absolutely horrible, especially the service manager. I've never met someone so rude and inexperienced concerning customer service. They've had our car for two weeks, it should have been ready at the beginning of the week according to their estimate. They've been supposed to call and haven't. So we came down today and asked to speak to the mechanic. My husband has a degree in automotive but since it's a warranty issue we took it to a shop. The service manager was rude and i asked who his boss was. He told me he wasn't here, i corrected him and said I asked who he was and he told me to get out. Still don't know who his boss is but this man is terrible. The whole shop is horrible. They said that the shop is busy and they have things to do. But again it's been two weeks, my husband needs his car for work. Avoid this shop and save yourself the headache!

DO NOT USE, I had the ac compressor replaced on my car by them and I had the car up there multiple times after it was done (8-10) and they kept saying nothing was wrong with it, and kept trying to charge me (actually did once), after taking it to a different mechanic I find out that they tried to modify (cut)the plug on the compressor to make it fit but was a failed attempt and just tried to force it in and every time I was driving it would go in and out bc it was not making good contact and they said they replaced the ac compressor bc they thought it was bad, if they did this They would have seen the plug did not fit, they kept telling me that it was different things and all they could do was guess what the problem was instead of fixing the problem and on top of all this ryan (owners son) said his best guy matt was the one working on it after it was brought up there several times, one of there mechanic actually seen it had no AC and he said the compressor was kicking on even though it was not, that is just to show you that they had no idea, I would also like to add one day I went and picked up my car when they had it done and I still had parts sitting in my car on my seats with dirt and grease on them that they forgot to put back on, I was very patient with ryan and matt, but enough was enough

They charge top price for parts (MSRP) diagnostic should be included in price of work not something extra to pad the bill

We would go here when we lived a bit closer. Our warranty company recommended a place closer to us now, but that’s just likely because this other place was closer. But… that other place is still reaching out to the warranty company for a separate issue, and Archer’s has no problem being in contact with Silverrock.
That’s a level of service that we weren’t getting elsewhere. archer’s is a little bit further now, but we’ll continue to go here.

So anyways I just moved to the area looking for a good honest mechanic. Took my vehicle down there Major League of power steering fluid. They wanted to charge me $1,800 for a rack and pinion in a couple of hoses. I took it to Mobile Mechanic the guy was honest and said you do not need to change a rack and pinion it was just a hose. And I paid $460 I don't recommend them whatsoever they're dishonest. Enemy point out something I never post anything I never have done this but the guy saved me $1,300 is a new shop down the street is called Mobile Mechanic his name is Asher

Honest, reliable and friendly. Went out of their way to help me cut costs when most places do the exact opposite. Matt worked on my car, but everyone I spoke to was friendly and even helped ease my worries along the way. Highly recommend, I’m lucky to have stumbled upon them.

This place deserves a 5 star. Took my car there today under “ sierra Cavoli “ the guy up front was so kind to me. Unfortunately they didn’t call me before they closed but I did take it without an apt. I’m hoping they can find the issue with my car. But I do have to say the gentleman are so kind there especially the guy that came out !! Thank you guys for taking my car in without an apt. I explained to the guy it was my brothers car and he recently passed and he’s the kindest guy I’ve ever spoken to about a vehicle!!
