Sam was a huge help and solved my problem in minutes!! He is knowledgeable and friendly. Most importantly, he is one of only two people in South Carolina to be a an apple specialist! Not only does he fix computers, but you can buy new or refurbished Macs straight from this local family business!

Found this gem while having laptop problems. They are an Apple authorized reseller and repair shop. Very friendly, family-run business. They came in on Saturday to help me get a refurbished MacBook Air so my son could continue to work on website design over busy weekend. Sam and his family were great! Hands down the best computer service store I've had the pleasure of doing business with. I brought in my MacBook after a water spillage and, granted, while the root issue wasn't resolved, Sam and his son went above and beyond to help me out as best they could, going so far as to tack on a few free sessions and giving me their number to inquire AFTER hours as well. These guys truly care about getting your device up and running for you and delivered a service FAR superior than the other OFFICIAL Apple store I had brought my MacBook to afterwards (who barely even tried).
Long story short I can not recommend AppleCore Solutions enough. Phenomenal business and customer service!!

I recently had an outstanding experience with Applecore, My MacBook Air had completely shut down, and to make matters worse, it was 100 days out of warranty. I was worried about potential repair costs and the hassle of getting it fixed, but Applecore provided exceptional support and guidance, resulting in a seamless and cost-free repair by Apple.
From the moment I contacted Applecore, their customer service was exceptional. I spoke with Sam, who was extremely knowledgeable and attentive. He patiently listened to my description of the issue and understood the urgency of my situation. Sam assured me that Applecore could assist in determining if there was any way to get my MacBook Air repaired despite being out of warranty.
Next, Sam provided me with detailed information and specific talking points to share with Apple.
Following Sam’s advice, I contacted the Apple Store and shared the information provided by Applecore. The Apple customer service representative reviewed my case and, after verifying the details, agreed that my repair would be covered at no cost, despite being out of warranty.
The repair process was swift. My computer was picked up by FedEx, repaired by Apple, and returned by FedEx at no cost. Without Applecore's assistance, I might have faced significant repair costs or prolonged inconvenience. Their expertise and proactive approach ensured that I received the best possible service from Apple.
Applecore's commitment to customer satisfaction and their deep understanding of Apple's policies and service programs truly set them apart. Their team was professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient. I am immensely grateful for their help and highly recommend Applecore to anyone needing support with their Apple products. They turned what could have been a stressful situation into a positive and hassle-free experience.

I love everything about this place. Very clean and organized, they literally treat you like family and communicated everything throughout the process of cleaning and updating my mac book. I feel like I have a brand new computer now and will be coming back for more upgrades in the near future.
