“Amazing place to live, amazing inside an out. Very Comfortable apartments, great heating. Good customer service.. Security that rides around in golf carts 24/7 so your always safe. Great location! Close to airport, stores, banks, attractions, and 2 very small blocks to the beach! I can see the beach from my Condo. They sell Garages for a extra small free. Nice balcony's for everyone and a patio for owners of Condo if that makes sense. Amazing pool! With a nice Pool house, Nice hot tub too! Good grills poolside. Nice Lakes and fountains. Great place to take a walk. Overall amazing place to live!!”

“The Laurent has been such an amazing place to live, not to mention the wonderful staff that work in the office. Nicole was a literal GOD SEND answering my plethora of questions prior to moving in. She always spoke in such a professional manner and never made me feel silly for asking too many questions. Upon moving in, Nicole (and the rest of the Laurent team) have been stellar at providing us with communication ahead of time, planning super fun events for the residents, and always having the property maintained in a clean fashion. I have no complaints with renting from this company! They are FABULOUS!”

“I have not lived here long so I will update if anything changes but so far my experience has been nothing but wonderful! I was looking for a clean, safe and quiet place to live and the reviews here were the only thing scaring me from touring this place. When I toured, Kim was nothing but nice and down to earth and answered all my questions and was willing to walk me through every process as this was my first time renting. I was shown the EXACT unit I would be renting on the first go around which was great.My first week here has been quiet, I have not been harassed as some of the other reviews talk about, there haven't been any bugs and my apartment was soooo clean. Even all the cupboards and drawers, all the crevices, everything was cleaned perfect. Brand new carpet which was a nice surprise as well!The only high fees I experienced were for my animals, but unfortunately that is usually the reality everywhere you go with pets as they are expensive to own. And the office was upfront about the amount that each pet could cost so I was aware of the fees. I have no complaints and recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a place that's quiet, safe and clean.”
