“I called maintenance about my kitchen sink backing up. Tony called me back within 10 minutes. He came out and took care of the problem. He also let me know about the pipes under the sink. I asked him if he could replace the one piece. He said it would possibly be Monday as he had the piece on order. It took maybe an hour. Tony was great!”

“Amazing place to live, amazing inside an out. Very Comfortable apartments, great heating. Good customer service.. Security that rides around in golf carts 24/7 so your always safe. Great location! Close to airport, stores, banks, attractions, and 2 very small blocks to the beach! I can see the beach from my Condo. They sell Garages for a extra small free. Nice balcony's for everyone and a patio for owners of Condo if that makes sense. Amazing pool! With a nice Pool house, Nice hot tub too! Good grills poolside. Nice Lakes and fountains. Great place to take a walk. Overall amazing place to live!!”
