I wish I would have looked at the Reviews, before I decided to come here with my dog. I agree with every single thing other low reviewers are saying. You are put into a small room after a short form of intake info and not given any information as to who is coming to see you or what to expect and left alone for hours. If I could give it zero stars I would. The only reason I it came to this location is because VCA on 501 was closed, I have been there multiple times and had great experiences.
I've done animal rescue over 10 years across 3 states. Worst vet and or emergency vet I've been to..
If you care about your animal and the well being of them, you will not bring them to this place. I'm honestly glad I left after over 2 hours of no contact and did not let them do anything with my dog.

Disgusting behavior from staff i saw a poor women who just lost her dog in tears and distraught and as soon as she leaves the 2 women in the front make jokes about her throwing up cause of how in distress she was absolutely horrible and sickening I overhead all of this I don't think they realized I was still inside these people have no compassion and are only after a check the vet and the rest of staff are great just the cold hearted ones in the front

We had to rush our dog Tilley here last night after having multiple grand mal seizures. Unfortunately there was not anything they could do for her ? but from the minute we arrived they met us at our vehicle and rushed her in. They kind, caring, and compassionate. They brought her in the room that our family packed (6) into and gave us all the time we needed never rushing us or being pushy. As we were leaving one lady came out the door and gave us a clay mold they made of her paw ??

I took my dog there for some vomiting and bloody diarrhea. The wait wasn’t long and they acted fast as far as testing, vitals and meeting with the vet. Everyone was super nice and made me feel comfortable. My baby had to stay over night and the staff was really good about updating me when I called during the night and in the morning. They called me when he was being discharged. I got a copy of all his blood work and he got sent home with medications to help him recover. This place saved my baby and I’m so glad I chose them to go too.

Rushed an hour to get here and was met by a relatively rude and uncompassionate front desk woman. I asked how long and was told she didn’t know bc there was only one vet. I shared that I thought my dog had something lodged in her throat and was concerned about her breathing. So I asked if she could give an idea; 30 min vs five hours. She said I don’t know and told me to have a seat. About two min later, Waden, one of the LVT, came out for her. Then another staff member brought me back to a patient room. Within five minutes, Waden told me that my dog had a stick lodged between her teeth and Dr Hooker would take it out without sedation. $155 and 15 min later, we are heading back home. I’d give it five stars if it weren’t for the stank front desk person.

I took my cat in last Wed bc he was blocked. They took him back and did an emergency surgery. 1200.00!!!!! No pain meds when he was discharged, no meds period. He is still struggling to pee. I just took him back in this morning, one week exactly later bc he is peeing pebbles. I asked UPFRONT if there was a charge just to check to see if he was blocked. I was told NO. Still they made me go to a room. I wasnt even in the room to sit down before they came back out with him. LESS THAN 2 MINS. The nurse (male) on duty says, he informed me wrong, the cat is NOT blocked but we have to charge you 125.00 for the examine. 62.50/MINUTE to feel his belly to tell me no he's not blocked. He said his doc did an examine. What kinda of crappy doc do you have that did an examine in less than 2 mins???? You just got 1200 out of me, one week ago. With no follow up!!!!!!! NO I DID NOT PAY. I left. You said no charge, and I wasnt paying. Beware!!! Last week, they wanted me to bring him each night at 6pm to keep him over night to monitor him for 700-800 PER NIGHT. Yall are the reason there is so many homeless cats and dogs. Im 55 y.o. and Ive never even stayed in a hotel that cost that much. Luckily my local vet kept him overnight. She even said that yall were ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thank y’all for taking care of our German Shepherd today. He got out of our temporary fencing at a rental and got into the inlet, and his paws got cut up pretty badly. My husband brought him over and he was seen pretty quickly. They made sure they took care of every single wound. Would definitely recommend this place for emergencies. Thank you again.

August 4th I took my dog in because her anal gland was about to rupture. They kept saying a room had a dog in it that tested positive for parvo so they weren’t using it. I didn’t think anything else of it having been then 7+ hours. They had to sedate her to empty the gland. Not long after we went home she started vomiting, diarrhea with blood, and not wanting to eat. I took her to the vet Sept 13th and they’re like oh it’s colitis and sent me on my way. Well come Oct 10th it’s still no better so I go to her old vet and right away they test her. She has freaking parvo!! I know 10000% she got it that day there because they didn’t clean well enough. Over $3,000 later she’s in the emergency vet 2 hours away from me and it could kill her.

No words can describe the emergency care provided by Dr. Rack, plus two other surgical team doctors and his 12 tech assistants, around-the-clock care on the second bladder stone surgery performed on our five-year-old Bichon on Saturday, 9/20/24. I'm thankful for their dedicated, compassionate service and care for Ollie.
