“I went here to submit my passport application and it is way better than going to the mail post office. You don't need an appointment (although you need to bring everything ready including your pictures). Place was very clean, no one in line, ample parking space. Place was clean. Not super clear where to go there are 3 doors at the entrance to 3 different offices, there are signs and a map but is not very clear. Center door is the right one for the clerk (passport). The clerk was very helpful and reviewed all my paperwork carefully. A copy of a second way of identification was done by the clerk just in case and attached to my application. You can pay the passport fee only with cash (no money order as mentioned in their website) but it doesn't have to be exact cash.”

“So for the last few days i've been trying to open a checking account with TD and the online thing kept kicking me back for some reason, so today i went to the one on 38th at 1145am i waited 10 minutes in line to ask a teller to help me set up an account and she said i would need to wait for savannah ( not sure who that is). At this point there were 2 tellers in there and it was now noon. they sent one teller to lunch and the other was by her self with lines almost out the door and the drive through full. This whole time savannah was with a older family in here office and i just sat there till almost 115pm and decided to leave. I went online and made an appointment at the td on 20th ave for 3pm. I got there at 250 and Mary who i was supposed to have an appointment with was busy so at 3 a gentleman named Dominck came and helped me. Let me say he made the whole process smooth and every banker should strive to be like him. The ladies at the counter ( Keisha and Christina) were both wonderful and delightful. The 3 of them completely turned it around for TD and they should get some sort of accommodation from the company. 38th is an embarrassment I can only imagine how many people go there for help and just leave.38th literally could just be replaced and just leave the ATM there for deposits its so useless. Thank you to Dom and the ladies! (ps told you i would leave a good review!!)”

Now i still can't access bill pay online. A real bank helps its consumers by protecting them from actions like this. A real bank helps build your credit, not tear it down. A real bank communicates with you before taking action. This bank is like Wells fargo.”
