Excellent experience. Dashawn Jackson and Kyle were amazing. They are unbelievable- hardworking, polite, professional and so fast . They are so careful with moving everything and wrap and protect all belongings. I would definitely recommend and rehire.

Moving crew works fast but no one is on the same page here. Some people say they assist in removing tv's from mounts as long as no drilling, some don't. Owner said they do it, all the office admin said they don't. Movers say they don't, but then a different rep on the phone say they do. Constant "we'll call you back tomorrow" for over a week over and over with no one ever returning my call.They also don't put desks back together or unwrap items from saran wrap which was tedious but not the end of the world.Pretty rough with furniture. broke 1 TV shelf by practically dropping it down while flipping it rather than setting it down. Left parts to another shelf in the truck. Reimbursement was very low.Overall, these guys were impressive with how fast they move, but the quality gets sacrificed in return. They cost me a lot of money having to hire a handyman to come to the old house to help lift the TV off the mount, rent a van, and bring it to the new place, but they reimbursed me time wise for how early they finished. Still cost more to hire the handymen than what I got back though.Doesn't make up for the frustration, gaslighting, constantly getting the run around on calls with people forwarding me to other people back and forth because no one wanted to actually help, and having to re-explain the situation to the corporate line, then having the claims rep send me back to the local branch, then the local branch sending me to a different claims rep 4 freaking times in a row. Just be honest from the start about what you guys do and don't do in the future. Would have saved me a huge headache and saved me a lot of time.
