Just left this store at the Tanger outlet at 7:45pm. My 12 year old daughter spent 20 minutes picking out shorts that she wanted to try on. The 3 employees were huddled together by the register and refused to open the changing room doors. When asked why, one of the employees stated that the store would be closing in an hour and the changing room was clean, so she did not want anyone going in there. When we asked for a supervisor, one employee pointed to another employee saying they were the supervisor and they laughed. Then then all continued looking at their phones. So we left the store.

FYI : Aeropostale @ Myrtle Beach Tanger - your customer service sucks. I spent money on items and I get home to see that one of your sales associates didn’t take off the theft sensor. I call the store PS From Aeropostale - Tanger Outlet Myrtle Beach and the manager (?) offered me 10% off my next purchase as compensation for me having to go back out in the rain & drive back to the store (gas isn’t cheap) just to fix the mistake THEY made. Sorry - but that is hardly adequate compensation and they should be ashamed of themselves. YOUR mistake now costs me extra time, effort, and cost… and you give me 10% off my next purchase? I’ve got 5 kids … I shop a lot. Guess where I won’t be going ever again and you can stick the lousy 10% in your poor customer service’s a$$. #Aeropostale #disgusted

3/5 Pretty easy to shop, I did see employees going behind customers to keep a neat and organized store. Unfortunately there is no go backs for the fitting rooms...so anything you don't like or doesn't fit right you have to refold and put back...or rehang and put away. Employees didn't seem too happy to be there, overheard some of them talking.

Asked an associate if they had a particular cami. She said that she hasn't seem that kind in the store for a while. My friend went in a while before me and bought the style of cami I was looking for. So not sure why I was told that they didn't have them...?

Lots of fantastic deals but I'm a bigger guy so very limited of XL and XXL shirts and good luck finding size 38 or larger pants. I came into the store because I didn't want to order online.

Security in this place is completely annoying. Just because some women have big purses doesn't mean they steal. She brought this up as conversation while I was waiting on my fiance who was shopping. I never even went on the women's side of the store. I was uncomfortable and ready to go after being followed around and her saying "At one place I worked they made customers with big purses put their purse up front with the clerk." I looked at her like well it won't be this customer. I told him to hurry so I could go.
