Awful experience. Took my car there for a simple spark plug. Not to mention the spark plugs were cracked!! Put a bad one in and had to turn around and replace right after! And spend more money on top of what I already had to. Not the best customer service either. Don’t recommend! Unless you want more issues!
Edit: as soon as I got home my car had to go back into the shop!! They messed with my turbo when they were only suppose to be replacing my coil packs and spark plugs. Lucky I was even able to make it back !

I've only had one experience with this place, but it was great. They ran some quick tests on my car and charged a very reasonable diagnostic fee. I'd definitely go back, especially since the staff was so approachable.

Freddie was great. Was in Myrtle Beach for vacation and my car was making noises on a Friday. Thankfully he was able look at my car and get me in my way. Thank you Freddy!!

They have over a 100 years of experience there all older so they have been around the trade for years just by talking to them I could tell they knew what they were doing they did a great job on my car they do all the work on my car.THANKS✴️✴️✴️✴️✴️

I had an engine light that came on during my roadtrip to SC from Arkansas. Drove my car to third ave repair shop to get it fixed. Not sure what to say but picked up my car and the next day it broke down on the way to Charleston-with the same engine light message and 2 others!. I would give precision tune autocare 5+ stars because after my car broke down hours after it was fixed with third ave, I called precision and when it was towed to their shop, because it wasn't drivable, they fixed what was wrong with it. I mean I had to pay double what I paid third ave the next day, but hey at least I was able to drive my vehicle home. If you are ever in Charleston with car trouble, please visit precision tune auto car for all your auto needs.

We were on vacation and our brake line started leaking and had no brakes, needed it fixed quick. He got us in and made us top priority and got us fixed so we could travel home safely. Great service! Highly recommend!!Service: Brakes
