I work at Dart Automotive in Conway. Our shop installed a radiator from this company the same day that we installed a remanufactured transmission. A few months go by and the truck comes back because there is contamination in the transmission fluid. Upon inspection we found the transmission oil cooler located on the radiator was leaking and causing coolant to mix with the trans fluid. This in turn damaged the transmission internally and it will no longer go into reverse. We contacted the management to inform them of the situation, and asked them to cover the cost of the transmission because it was damaged by their part failing. They have refused to help us out in any way. We have been in business for over 23 years and will do whatever we can to make sure our customers are taken care of. What good is a company that won't stand behind their product? We will never purchase another part from this company and I encourage you to stay away from them as well.
