“This was an absolutely wonderful experience. From the beginning, we were greeted at our car when we pulled up, taken in early from when our appointment was, shown where to have a seat, & asked if we needed anything. We watched them work on our vehicle. The young man with chin length blonde hair worked on our car. He did a TEXT BOOK procedure on the tire repair. Spot on!! He even had the balance point lined up with the velve stem. He rebuilt the TPMS with a new shrader valve kit too!! The difference this makes in balancing a tire is MONUMENTAL!! Kudos to you sir! Lobby was clean and spotless. ALL employees had clean and neat uniforms, with their shirts tucked in. Good job gentleman, you should be proud of the work you have done.”

“What a great experience at Brian’s Tire & Auto in Murrell’s Inlet!!
This was my first time bringing my car for service since my husband passed and I was nervous that they would “find” many things wrong as it was due for 150,000 mile check up. They changed my oil and said everything else looks good. Yay!!
