All of the pharmacists have awful attitudes (specifically the two females) and act like they have better things to do, or you’re an inconvenience. I got new insurance and the cards did not come in time, so I gave them my Medicaid ID#, and they were not thrilled that they had to look up my information. God forbid they have to do their job. I work in social services and food service and they are not warm and welcoming whatsoever. I will be switching pharmacies as soon as I can.

Just had the worst experience at the drive through with pharmacy tech Ben. He immediately started rolling his eyes when I told him I had a GoodRx coupon, and cursed under his breath the entire time he was looking up my medication. Total jerk!

I use Walgreens pretty frequently for pharmacy needs and quick errands. Their app makes managing prescriptions easy, and the drive-thru is a lifesaver. The staff is usually helpful, and I can find most of what I need in a pinch

Best pharmacy. They are efficient, show compassion, and have most meds in stock. I recommend this pharmacy to others in our community.

The pharmacist on duty last night at 6pm was very ignorant to my 82 year old mother and shouldn't work with the public. I hope her mother doesn't get the same treatment she gave mine.

I overheard pharmacy techs or pharmacists openly complaining about patients and violation HIPAA rules and regulations.

Its sad when you have had the same issues with getting certain medicine in for two years. So I'll be finding a new pharmacy. My son can not go WITHOUT his medicine. Y'all fail to call ahead and tell us it's not going to be in stock. You always wait till either I'm in person or at 6-7 at night when the pediatrician office is closed to tell me you do not know when you will have it, when you get the prescription refills before 10-11am. So plenty of notice to call to tell me you don't have it. They get refilled every 30 days. No excuse not to have it for the customers who have been with you for over 2 years. Now to call Walgreens you have to wait almost 30-45 to get someone to answer the phone just to be put on hold again for another 5-10 minutes. This is the worst pharmacy. We will continue our business elsewhere.

Pharmacy is impressive. Busy but friendly and efficient. Really easy to work with. Tolerant and patient people who put up with a lot. Know their business. This all about the Pharmacy tho the rest of the store is well lit and logical.

Nope, Nope, Nope,This Garden City, SC Walgreens IS THE RESON I drive 20 miles north to do my personal Pharmacy shopping at a small mom and pop Pharmacy as I demand nice friendly people, over the top customer service and I can't find anything close to nice customer service at this location. Believe it or not but my mom and pop Pharmacy has better pricing even on things such as over the counter meds so don't just assume prices are better at the big box store!I don't want shop with pharmacy staff that are more like robots with a frown on ones face. Its sad actually...I can't say every person at this store has a problem as I have experienced a nice person at this location but it only takes one or two bad apples. On several occasions I have hit a brick wall with multiple Pharmacy staff at this location, I have witnessed not just lack of customer service but BAD, Bad, Bad rude customer service.Walgreens is as corporate, by the book company you will find! You the customer are simply a number and and to me the staff look to perhaps be overworked or simply don't need to interact with customers.I think its simply the "Big Box Store" world we live now as you are charged more and you get less and you will like it! However, I demand better and get better even if I have to drive to find it.I drive 20 miles and shop at a small Pharmacy that greets me by name when I walk in the front door every month and have been known to actually walk from behind the Pharmacy counter and give me a hug. The only thing I have ever received at this Pharmacy is a hard time and I simply can't interact with frowning, perhaps overworked unhappy people.Nope, Nope, Nope... Its my money and I choose to spend it at a place I get more not less! And being "Big Box" is not an excuse for lacking customer service. Just one example is that large Chicken sandwich restaurant chain as you are always greeted with a big smile and a Thank You and or a "My Pleasure" when you drive off and these young folks are standing outside in the cold and hot sun, overworked with a line of cars around the building but are ALWAYS happy with the customers EACH and EVERY time.If I could even get that fast food level of service at this Walgreens I may consider doing business with them but I can't find that at this location. Its a choice Walgreens, you can have a good corporate "culture" or a toxic "culture" Perhaps Walgreens will one day change the culture I have experienced. If a fast food chain can do it, a Pharmacy with State Licensed professional people should have no issue insuring customers actually receive some service and a simple smile, hello, thank you, come back again can go a long, long way.

The pharmacy usually takes a very long time, but I understand staffing issues. The person I spoke to this morning was extremely rude to me on the phone. I was calling to make sure my prescription was ready and after she found out what my prescription was her attitude towards me changed dramatically. She first told me there was no record of my prescription, then told me she had no record of a refill and after explaining to her how to check the system to see where I do have a prescription for this certain drug, she tried to tell me they don’t carry it but put me on hold. After coming back on the phone she had a large attitude like she was mad that she was able to give me my prescription that I am prescribed to by a doctor! I am furious and will be taking further action on this person because I was definitely judged by my certain medication I take.
