Went back after an issue with my roots, took me about 2 and a half weeks with my full time job and not being able to get in on my days off due to not being open. To be completely transparent I wasnt even upset that nothing could be done. Maybe I just went back for reassurance or for her to acknowledge that the root fade looked like overgrowth and may need a touch up sooner, but honestly I'm embarrassed and heartbroken with how I was spoken to and treated and in front of two other clients. I wont be back and as someone with customer service experience I truly just cant believe how it was handled compared to how other businesses would have from what peers have told me. Be cautious I spent 325 plus 65 in tip so 390 to be treated that way. Dont book with Ruby.
