Called to transfer a prescription that was accidently sent to my old pharmacy. Had questions about a new medicine. I was told BY THE PHARM not a tech that is was $1,300 a month for that medicine he was wasnt going to "waste time" filling it if my insurance didnt cover it. He automatically assumed I didnt have $1,300. OK. HmmmmmVery rude.

Used to be the best pharmacy around. Now the associates are always rude or in a bad mood, prescriptions are never ready- even when coming 24 hours after call in time from the Drs office. Was told to pay for my son’s prescription because they didn’t want to take the time to input insurance information. $7.50 may not be much to a lot of people, but to some it’s everything. The literal reason we are using Medicaid to pay. Please do better. You are here to help people. Not to make them feel inconvenient, unimportant, etc.

We're on vacation at the holiday inn resort. We like to have foods for snacks and breakfast. We went to a new Publix grocery store which was better than what we had expected, also the staff was really helpful.

Very incompetent pharmacist today. My prescriptions were called in Thursday, not filled and it's Sunday. Pharmacist insisted I not take up the time at the window to see if there were refills or prescriptions waiting to be filled. I told him I can't wait AGAIN as I have already called and drove there to finally get answers. He mouthed off so long that within that time, he could have found the answers. Shameful conduct and he needs a retraining.I'm a long time patron to Publix and I don't expect to be treated like this. I've always been patient and understanding. Consider to that I had to return today to pick up a family member's prescription that they forgot the day before and I was understanding last night as always.

What ever happened to Customer Service??????? @ pharmacy???? They must not know they have a job because of pharmacy customers. No one there either doesn't know how to solve a problem and/or doesn't care...I feel they simply don't care.

The Publix on 707 should close down there sandwich deli department. This is the second time, after being online for half an hour I had to walk out without a sandwich. The people behind the counter are working,to fill all the call in orders and are completely ignoring all the people standing in line. Their priority is to the call in orders. I would suggest if you want a sandwich from Publix, you call it in or forget about it, unless you have 2 hours for lunch. This is not the same Publix that opened at this location a few years ago. Their Deli department is out of control and the manager doesn't seem to do anything about it.

I get a number of prescriptions every month and I had requested for over one year, that they coordinate my medications to be picked up the same day. Every one at this pharmacy swears they will do it, but it was never done. I go to pick up my meds, and without fail, there will be an excuse why I have to drive back in a day to so, to pick up at least one, or as I get home, I receive a text that my (unfilled) prescription is ready..I've gone without my meds, as I can no longer play this game. I wait at the drive up, they yell at me to drive around the building, because there is someone behind me. I've complained to the regional director in the past and all I've gotten is side glances after that. I do like the Publix supermarket and it is convenient for me to go there once a month, but no more than that. I'm on my way out.

I always enjoy going to Publix in Murrells inlet S.C. It always well stock snd has product you can't find in other grocery stores Today I went to order rotisserie chickens for this afternoon because I bring meals over to persons homes so I want the chicken to be hot and fresh There was a gentleman that came out of the back where the chickens are prepared before put in the oven I went to ask him a questions snd he said he didn't work there in that department I know from a fact he does work there because I have seen him there before He just brushed me off I could understand his reluctantance to get help from me because they are so short staffed in the Deli department especially during lunch So sorry that Publix is so short staffed it's a great store Hope things get better

Mixed feelings about this pharmacy. Last year I received both of my shingles shots and the flu shot. This year I booked an appointment for the Covid booster without any problems. Today I had an appointment for the pneumonia vaccination but when I got there they said they did not have it. They had my phone number but I received no call or text. I left there and went to the new Publix at Market Common. They could not have been nicer. Looked up my vaccination record and gave me just what I needed.

The slowest pharmacy around, the employees are nice, but it shouldn't take three days for a new prescription to be filled.

First time trying a sub from here! It was great... I ordered the sub with roast beef and turkey on it. The employees were so nice too.

My mom picked me up a fried chicken breast today that was very pink inside. No thanks. I don’t do raw chicken or salmonella.
