Let’s just start off by saying that there bathroom in the men’s restroom is DISGUSTING!!! I brought my son in to use the bathroom while I was looking around & he came out to get me because he couldn’t reach to sit on the toilet & I went in & immediately left with not even getting what I came in for. THIS IS A HEALTH Violation!!!! I feel so bad for the workers who need to use this restroom. I will definitely be calling corporate about this. Things like that make it seem like the managers in the location don’t care about their store. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!

One of the best retail experiences I've had in a long long time. Needed batteries for my 2016 F-350 went to OReilly's for no other reason than the fact it was close by. I am lucky I went to this particular location because one of the managers there, John was best in class. He was extremely knowledgeable about vehicle maintenance, O'Reillys products, and installation. He was helpful, friendly and answered all my questions. John is everything a company would want in a representative ; the retail world needs more like him- thanks John!

Despite the fact that their own receipt showed a 100 limited warranty on motocraft batteries, they would not honor the prorated warranty on a five year old battery. I guess I should shop at Autozone from now on.

I have to say great customer service!The two guys that helped me and installed my batteries in my Motorhome were the best . Very well mannered very good workmanship. Very happy customer.

I am a often customer a this location. I have nothing to say but good things. Many times i have entered the store uneducated about a certain topic and left with the proper equipment guidance and tools. John behind the counter did a amazing job helping me multiple times and is very knowledgeable.

I just wanted to tell everyone that I had a great experience here at the Murrells Inlet O’Reillys auto parts. Randall that works here is great along with his assistant manager. They really help me out a lot. They go the extra mile and they’re very enthusiastic about what they do and they really help me out. I appreciate everything they did. Please go see them if you need anything.

Needed a new battery today so I stopped in this location. Staff were friendly and proficient, especially Tony. Not only did they test my battery first, but also helped me eradicate a squirrel nest on my engine. Highly recommend this O'Reilly's.

Bought a battery in Nov 2022 with a warranty. They replaced it no questions asked with the receipt. Very knowledgeable staff and extremely helpful!
