Willie is such a wonderful gentleman and loves his customers. Mom had been sick for a while and when we got there with mom in town, he spent a few moments talking to Mom. And he has been that way since my grandmother many, many years ago!

I went to Lee’s on a Sunday afternoon for lunch. The shrimp burger was absolutely incredible! My friend and mother in law also enjoyed their shrimp salad and hot dogs. I love that you can get a float, milkshake, food, gifts, and your medication all in one place! The staff are very welcoming and super friendly. Can’t say enough about this little gem of a place! I can’t wait to go back! And their little free libraries outside are the sweetest little touch! Well done Lee, well done!

I have been with Willy, nearly 20 years. Always treated as an individual by entire team. Have time for questions, delevery is great. I was giving my business to big box or chain stores, never treated like at the Apothcary. Decided to take my business to a local family owned establishment. Plus so many neat gifts and items to browse. Prop’s to Them!!! ??????

Horrible prices and service. Don't waste your time here. So disappointed and they advertise being a Christian with Scripture on their business cards and building...What a joke. I sure didn't see Jesus in their actions. They really didn't explain how my prescription worked. They didn't have time for me I could see. I felt like I was bothering them. Not really busy either at the time. Will not be back!!!

Amazing small town pharmacy!If you are tired of going to big box pharmacies where it doesn't seem like people are very personable, then you may really appreciate this cute and quaint pharmacy. Willie is the pharmacist and he is really nice and helpful. They have an old school soda fountain and support small businesses. You can buy hand-made gifts while in the store and grab lunch at Jeremiah's food truck. It feels like walking into a family home where everyone is so nice. So glad that I found this gem!

We have been using Lees Apothecary for 11 years. Anytime I have a question about scripts they take the time and answer my questions. One time my husband was driving me home from a surgical procedure and he stopped off at Lees and they quickly filled it while I was in the car. Several times Willie and his staff has called me to see how I was feeling after filling a script and also sent my home with a can of Campbell’s Chicken Soup ? Thank-You Wally & Staff !

This pharmacy is great. If they don't have it, they will get it. They even text you if it will not be in when they say it will be. Great customer service. Explains details needed with a smile. Small place with a big heart. Not like the big pharmacies.If you are looking for a personal pharmacy this the place for you.

If anyone wants to go back in time, this is the place. I had a delicious chicken salad sandwich and my husband had a grilled cheese sandwich. They serve old fashion floats, malt, shakes, egg cream, etc. Felt like we walked into 'Walker's Drugstore ' from the Andy Griffith show!

I have been getting my medicines from Willie for 20 years! I was his first customer and continue to refer my prescriptions to LIA because of how well I am kept care of and having my medication available and ready in a reasonable time. There has been times I forgot my medicine and it was personally delivered to me. Thank you Willie and Melissa for LIA and your hospitality and welcoming spirit keeps me coming back!

Hypocrites. They have been filling my pain ridden very sick relative's prescription for years and all of a sudden they aren't going to fill them anymore, leaving him in excruciating pain with a two day notice. His doctor tried to reason with them but they still refused. I lived in Murrells Inlet over 20 years and have supported them in every way, by getting my prescriptions filled there to buying very expensive gifts from them. After 20 years they don't even call me by name! Recently they have been treating my sister very badly and after 10 years, she is switching pharmacies as well. If there were 0 stars that's what they would get!
