This has to be the worst place I’ve gone to medically. People at the front are rude, the process in which they call people up doesn’t make sense. PEOPLE ARE COMING HERE TO CHECK THEIR HEALTH AND WELL BEING AND THIS IS HOW THEY GET TREATED. Debra was the only saving grace.

Rude lady at window stated they had no fax number for my doctor and I should provide it. Other visits have been ok. Techs are always good.

I don’t have a problem with the staff. I have a problem waiting for 2 weeks for a pre employment drug screen to come back. These people are ridiculously slow. Went to a concentra and they had me test positive for a prescription. They called and verified. The next day and was good to go. It’s been 10 days and still nothing. Will be missing out on $5000 because of their incompetence. If an employer asks you to go to a lab corp, ask them if there is somewhere different you can go.

The people at the front are very rude and condescending. There’s certain ways you should talk to people and the way they do isn’t it. Be prepared for the rudeness

Unfortunately the mask requirement is not being enforced. Immunocompromised patients are getting bloodwork also and every time they walk into this environment it is a huge risk!! What is wrong with people?

I have been using Labcorp at this address for about two years and have found everyone to be friendly, professional and painfree. Great place if you have to do a blood test.

I have been going there for a long time for my blood work and NOT ONCE has the staff been rude or indifferent to me.

Giving a one star, because I have to in order to post. Receptionist was rude, unprofessional and made everyone in the waiting area uncomfortable. We had multiple orders from doctors which they had trouble handling and were exasperated by it. She snapped at me several times as well as other patients. Nurse during blood draw was also upset by our multiple orders. Canceled our next appointment there. Will go elsewhere. No handicap doors at the front of building and throughout the facility. Struggled with wheel chair which also seemed to bother them. We frequent medical facilities and this was the worst experience ever!

I’m giving this location 5 stars because my tech was fast, friendly and overall very pleasant. If I could give the zero personality receptionist no stars I would!!

If I could give this business ZERO stars, I would. I've been there three times in the past year, and it has been a consistently unpleasant experience. They treat you like a cog in the factory machine, not a human being with health concerns. After today, I will never return. They are doing a HORRIBLE job of appropriately managing the space and number of patients allowed in during the COVID-19 pandemic. As instructed via email, I checked in from my car (on time) for my 830 AM appointment and waited there until they texted me. At 844 AM, they texted me to come in and wait for my name to be called. I entered the office to find 14 other people (all with appointments) waiting in a very small space. Most had to stand since it was the only way to socially distance. I waited over 5 minutes after I was texted in this overcrowded, unsafe situation. Finally, my name was called and they took the lab orders from my MD and instructed me to wait again. No one greeted me or asked how I was doing, they just gave instructions. I asked where I was supposed to wait since it was unsafe with this many people. I asked if I should return to my car and wait for another text. They said "yes."In the time it took to return to my car, I decided to simply leave. At 854 AM (24 minutes after I arrived for my 830 AM appointment for FASTING labs), I received another text saying they were "ready" for me. By then, I was already driving home to have coffee and breakfast. I didn't want to run the germ gauntlet to retrieve my lab orders and am hoping I don't get charged for labs that were never done.To be clear, this poor review isn't just about COVID-19. This visit was simply the last straw. My prior two visits were equally unpleasant. The "receptionist" sat behind her glass window and avoided interacting with or greeting anyone until she absolutely had to. Then, she would disinterestedly (sometimes angrily) bark instructions at people. Everyone was treated with the same unkindness, derision, and disregard. Further, we were all expected to check in via a computer and expected to navigate that (new to most of us) system on our own. While I didn't find it challenging, many others struggled to navigate the check-in system and they received no help from anyone at Lab Corps. This is without exception the most dehumanizing medical facility I have ever had to interact with.

The woman at the desk up front is very rude and unprofessional and must have a case of dementia because she asked me and other people for information she already got forever ago! Not friendly what so ever! Very very slow place as well!

Too many people in the tiny waiting room. I was only one wearing a mask. Workers didn't seem bothered by it. Only reason I did not give this zero stars was that the technician was very good. Decided to try Labcorp because it is so much closer than Quest. .At Quest I was the only one in waiting room. Called in by technician within 30 seconds. Seems cleaner. Don't plan on using Labcorp again. Funny, my neighbor was at Labcorp 2 days ago. She had same reaction. Called her primary doc who sent her there.
