We have been customers for three years. We found the selection, quality, and prices better than other stores we have shopped at. Karen cares very much about her customer’s satisfaction and is very willing to resolve any issues, even if it is three years later. We highly recommend this establishment and will be shopping here again in the future.

My husband and I live in Charleston and were shopping for two chairs. We could not find anything that we liked so we decided to drive to Myrtle Beach. We spent the day looking at every store but found nothing we liked until on the way home we noticed Inlet Furniture store. We are so thrilled we did! There were soooo many chairs we were there two hours! The owner, Karen asked what we wanted in a chair and took us to one that was so soft, so comfy and just the perfect chair! We of course looked at every chair which believe me were plenty but ended up with the first one she showed us. Karen's employee, Susan stepped in and answered all our questions when Karen was pulled away by the many customers, she was very knowledgable as well and very patient. Karen's husband helped us load the chairs and was also very professional and pleasant. I would definately go back when I need any more furniture as they have such a huge selection of everything you may need for your home.Thank you Karen, we just LOVE our Crypton swival chairs!!Karen Holder

I’ve never been to this establishment before, but I was driving in North Myrtle and noticed one of the drivers for this business stopped their van to pick up a piece of litter that fell out of someone else’s truck. I was very impressed and I can tell this establishment has great employees! May 23 1:52pm

I know mistakes can happen. With that said, double check that your order details are correct before placing the order. We just received our special ordered livingroom set 7 months after the order was placed and one of the pieces has the incorrect options. My wife is not going to wait another 7 or 8 months or however how long to get the correct piece, so will now live with it.It is a terrible time to try to get anything in a timely manner and the mistake just compounded it.

I am so impressed with this company and the quality furniture they carry. We just bought our house in Pawleys Island. We went through several furniture stores with cheap and uncomfortable furniture and a long wait to get anything. Very few matched the quality and selection we found here. The other issue we ran into is a 20 week wait to get our furniture when we finally found something we liked. Furniture and Mattress Gallery sells the furniture they have on the floor if they don't have it in stock. They didn't have the sectional we wanted but Karen helped us find an amazing option that was in stock and my wife loves it. There furniture was so comfortable too. Finally, we wanted to take it home with us but it would all fit in our pickup truck. No problem for these guys, they delivered it that afternoon. Amazing Service, great furniture, great prices and family owned. Karen and her husband Todd are the owners and Chase, there son does the deliveries. I will definitely be back.

So purchasing furniture in the midst of a pandemic is a challenge but the entire staff at Inlet has been beyond great. Their guidance and patience was invaluable. Their furniture is not inexpensive but knowing that they stand behind their product is worth a bit more. I LOVE my couch...delivered earlier than alloted time. If I needed to furnish an entire house I would do it with them!
