Impossible to speak with someone when you call. Makes you leave a voicemail when you try to get a prescription transferred. Whose grand idea was this?

Customer service is imperative when dealing with the public. Every time I call in a RX and have an issue I receive such bad customer service.

Unbelievably stupid idiots in this pharmacy. I TOLD them I didn't need the nasal spray because I had 4 bottles at home. I did, however, need the remaining 3 prescriptions. What did the stupid idiots do? Gave me SIX more bottles of nasal spray and omitted the companion drug to the amoxicilin which prevents the yeast infection caused by the amoxiciin - so now I can't take the amoxicilin for my sinus infection until I get it.!!! EVERY DAMN CVS has a lower rating than the other one and I'm bound by our insurance coverage to use CVS! That's going to change!!!

Went in was looking for some things and Dylan was so helpful. He took me to what I was needing and recommended products and helped me how to use CVS app. Just wanted to say big thank you for all your help. Great customer service!

Went in to get a few things and witnesses not one, not two, but three employees being very hostile towards an elderly gentleman today. The elderly gentleman was there to get a prescription BEFORE the pharmacy closed and they refused to help and ultimately threatened to call the police on him when he was trying to explain to them that they were in the wrong. Two of the employees were much taller than the older gentleman and it seems all they were trying to do was intimidate him to get him to go away. Would not be surprised if he brings his business else where as that is what I am considering doing as well after watching that happen.

Went into the pharmacy for antibiotic and ear drops prescription $389 had my prescription called in across the street to Publix $24.41 same exact name brand everything only difference is I went to Publix

Horrible employee's who take people's health into their own hands and it's unacceptable. You can't depend on them to do their job. I would give zero stars to this location if I could.

Pharmacy staff does try, but they are GROSSLY shorthanded and overwhelmed. Very long wait times with limited follow through. Drive thru window often closed during peak times. Defeats purpose of pre-paying on the "convenient" CVS app, only to have to go inside and wait in a LONG line. Not enough staff to handle the volume.
