I called to ask how much my new prescription costs. She told me the cost ($189) and said if I can't afford it she isn't going to fill it. She told me to come into CVS when I have the cash and they'll fill once I already pay for it. I went yesterday to pick it up (refill for 28th) they told me that I couldn't fill it until the next day because February didn't have enough days. Then I came today and was told I just needed to wait and come back later. They didn't even ask my name or check to see if it was ready.

Very rude, without knowing or taking time to know my medical situation. Prescription left on voice mail all day. So no time to get in touch with the doctor who called in the prescription early in the day. Laura, questioned me like a child about why, I need that medication. Why I take so many. Of course they think I'm a drug addict. I'm not. It has taken years to find the right medicine for my situation. Only CVS has ever questioned me like a child at 69 years old. Never, will I use them again. If I miscalculated helping me instead of belittling a person would be better. Had they checked their voicemail, we could have talked to the doctor and worked this out.

DO NOT USE THE MINUTE CLINIC! Better off going to a Doctors Care office instead.. they are very unprofessional and uncaring!

I hate to give CVS Pharmacy such a low rating but I didn't get one of the items that I really needed. We came here to pick up my daughter's meds. I do have to say that this is a very large and very clean CVS. I needed some Sudafed and asked the person who was checking us out (Rosemary) for a package of Sudafed. Then she needed my husband's driver's license to put in the computer. That's when the problem started. She could not figure out why it wouldn't register. I gave her my license since it was newer but it still didn't work. She never asked anyone else for help. By that time I was done playing with her and took my daughter's meds and left. Would I come back here? No, there are a lot of other CVS' around and we ended up going to WALGREENS.
