There's a guy there named Vinny he's got a condescending attitude for the most part AutoZone is a good store to get all the parts from on the fly obviously you can save money by getting them elsewhere just waiting a day or two to get the part but if you want to go to a place where there's no mechanics but everybody that works there thinks they are a mechanic go to AutoZone and get some advice from them believe me they were mechanics they be working in a shop they'd make much more these are want to be mechanics working in retail trying to flex themselves as mechanics by the way Vinny you're not from Jersey shore you're not a mechanic you just a little retail stock boy lose the attitude there's no reason for it if you don't like your job you shouldn't have got the job no disrespect to anybody else there but he was the only one that I dealt with this day

All employees here have great customer service skills. They make you feel welcome as you come in the door. This is the reason I only shop in AutoZones.

If you purchase a battery from this store do not have them put it in. The battery that you can purchase from AutoZone is fine, however, the manager of the store who moves in middle aged bearded man Boots the battery in my car yesterday that I purchased. The problem with that is my car shut down completely and my key was locked in the ignition because he did not put it on correctly. I had to have it towed to my local mechanic whom told me that they put the connector on the wrong way. Which meant that it did not connect up to be able to receive the juice required for the battery to actually assist with the car moving. I went to get a battery at an auto parts store assuming that it isn't a difficult matter to put a battery in I've done it myself before but I am currently disabled. I do not have a problem with the actual products, I do have a problem with the fact of how much extra it cost due to the fact that a person whom is the manager of the store did not know how to put a battery incorrectly. What does this say for everyone else?

Excellent experience! Super helpful, super quick and took the time to explain what I needed. I know my car has 4 wheels and 4 tires and that's the extent of my car knowledge:) forgot their names, but all the people that helped me were super friendly and helpful.

Last night my battery went dead in my car. I was able to get a jump and made it to Oreilys on 707. They told me they couldn’t put a new battery into my vehicle. They told me no company would, due to the filter being in the way. I had never noticed the Auto Zone right beside them. I called them and they said bring it over. Shawn(Sean), not sure how he spelled it, opened my hood and let me know he could replace it and that was just a duct. It was 10 minutes before closing. Thank you Auto Zone and especially Shawn(Sean) for replacing my battery last night.

Prices are higher than Walmart but they sometimes give coupon or discount which is good.
