For more than a year you have been using my private phone number on your branch’s web page. I have made several requests to remove it, including a trip to the store. Are you doing it to turn away clients or you just don't care? Beats me. I keep receiving hundreds of calls and sorting people off. Making an umpteenth request: remove my number from your page!

Nice store. I use to go there everyday But there's 2 night time cashiers a white guy and a international girl girl that follows you around the store.if you get an item off the bar. They'll count the leftovers to see if you're telling the truth when ringing up items..but what really made me stop going there is when I utilize the restroom. Yep you guessed it. The guy came in there also...how creepy is that. Just felt really racially profiled @that moment..

Kinda lame all these people are leaving bad reviews on a gas station regarding their Slurpee machines and hot dogs. Also for Mr. Jeff, If you like sheetz so much, drive the “103 miles” from this location to get there… we’re in Conway. I’m sorry they’re having technical issues with being a brand new station. Also why go to a gas station for hot dogs and slurpees? I know they say they have them, but buy a coke or maybe go to a fast food place for food. Don’t rely on the 1 or 2 people working to make fresh hotdogs 24/7. It’s a gas station. They have plenty of gas and plenty of beer + snacks.Slurpee machine has lids. Bathrooms are clean. Hot dogs look fresh. If you leave a 1 star review on a gas station, you have a 1 star life :)

Employees are good. store is laid off like it's their first store in USA. Sheetz is so much better. This 7 eleven has had items in the isles, out of stock items frequently. Computer issues everyday. Always something. It's a convenience store. Get ya in and out. Not like that at all. Shame this thing is so bad.

So glad they opened a 711 close to home. Workers are always friendly and attentive. Enjoy the rewards program and having a clean, well stocked convenience store near by. If you could only add buttered bagels and rolls as a breakfast option that would make it 5+.

Graded using PPPV method: P- People, well they leave some to be desired, but it’s a mixed bag. The management is spot on and an ace in her role. The hourly associates, is hit or miss. But in this economy, it’s like this everywhere. P- Product, They stay well stocked with brand & proprietary labels; from fresh food to refrigerated goods and most in between. Although it’s noteworthy to add their ‘fresh food’ is darn tasty, when fresh- that’s a warning, they’ll sell it well past its expiration… keep an eye out. It depends on whose working really, but shouldn’t be that way. P- Place, it’s new and fresh, I think it’s obvious the management & systems in place all are designed and want to keep it that way. It’s clean, not too cluttered with shippers or ads. Bathrooms are open, clean & accommodate more that 1 person while maintaining privacy and freedom of movement. They score high in this area, keep it up! P- Perceived Value, they have some prices now, there’s no doubt there. They are not competitive with major brands or popular products, compared to competition in the immediate area. They have the local market beat with technology & conveniences, but they just don’t justify the heavier than local market prices. By that I mean their reward program caps out at 4000pts or $4 in store trade in value. They’ve got no active fuel rewards program, but hey, you can pay high prices in store on a complicated, difficult to navigate, not well supported flashy app! When it’s all said and done; it’s a pretty decent stop to run in for what ya need. Prices are higher yeah, but I’m not dropping in a C-Store to save money. For their industry & services, they get 4 out 5 stars! Well done 7-11.

Don't expect to purchase Coors light ever even though they advertise it. Local, stopped by numerous times but never again.
