They are always slow with customer service especially if there is a line. The manager likes to go on joy walks around the store even with people in line. I have seen this a couple of times.

Always, several people employees but only one cashier working. This last visit really did it for me. I came to make a deposit at 2:43 and I was told they are closed. Two people ahead of me. I ask what time do y'all close? An employee responds with at 3. I say but it's only 2:43! She says right but we're closing down already. If they close at 3, why are you shutting down at 2:43?

Spent 41 minuets in line with only one person other than me in line with one worker to find out there are three people sitting in office while they just let us stand there and wait. This is the worst customer service I have ever had out of any branch I have ever been to . If this was my branch I would not have this bank.

The employees are always friendly and helpful. I have never had any issues with them in the 5 years I have banked here. My direct deposit goes in on Thursday morning, where as everyone else I work with has to wait till Friday. Don't listen to Jai Go's review. They give bad reviews everywhere. Don't believe me , then check for yourself.
