WASTE OF TIME, After waiting several minutes I was told this store does nothing except take money and sell phones. In my experience here and seeing the other customers there this place is not even capable of doing that much. I will never return there of recommend it.

I went in for an upgrade I dealt with Laura who was very knowledgeable and made sure I was well informed of different deals available to me. She helped me and multiple people simultaneously and made sure everyone was well taken care of. She even stayed late to make sure everything was done properly. This lady needs a raise or a promotion. Even though the situation was stressful she never stopped being friendly. I really enjoyed her.
