Website saids it closes at 7 so I flew there to make it there by 6:30 driving 30mins away and it was closed?? ... They definitely need to update their times if they close at 6pm

I went in looking for specific items. I searched the store looking for an employee and couldn't find one. I stood at the counter waiting for someone and no one ever showed up. I went back thru the store and saw no one. I went back to the counter and waited and waited. I finally spotted a lady sitting in a chair on her phone. I stood there a few more minutes waiting on her to acknowledge me. She never did so I finally said excuse me I have a question. She never looked up from her phone not said anything. I asked about the products I was looking for and all I got was "no". Not once did she look up from her phone or even glance around the store.

Sold me a broken $200 human wig with the straps broken in the back to tighten the wig. Went back in, and all he said he could do was give me a $10 discount on buying another item, and not a refund.
