Very disappointed and dissatisfied. I ordered flowers the day before a Funeral Visitation. The visitation was in Mullins from 4pm to 7pm. I got a phone call at 6:15 saying the flowers were not delivered "yet" because they were really busy. At 6:56, I got a text and a picture that the flowers were delivered.................................... with 4 minutes left in the funeral visitation hours. How unprofessional this was! If they were that busy, I should have gotten a call or text saying the flowers wouldn't make it there until late. This would have given me a chance to make other arrangements or cancel the order.

I was so pleased with the service given to me on 12/30/2020. My order transaction was incomplete! I returned and to my surprise my arrangement was ready to go. I hug thank you to my sister-in-law Mrs. Holly for the recommendation. And thank you Molly's flower shop for the beautiful snake plants. I will be doing business with you again very soon!

Very Poor service, i made a online order day before Valentine's Day and they told me when i called that morning that order would be delivered by lunch or a little after, i call back at 4pm lady tells me that orders is gone out for delivery and she would call me when it's done, here it is 6pm and item still not delivered. I call back again only to get a attitude and short answer from the lady saying order is in front of her and going out soon. I said i thought you told me it was out for delivery, her reply “ well i thought it was gone okâ€. Now day is almost over my ladies gift still not delivered. I will be filling and claim with my bank and will never do business with them again

I love this place, I live well over 1,000 miles from my family and no matter what, my flowers are always sent in a timly manner. Lost cost for such beautiful flowers. I wouldn't use another place in the state!
