I'm giving this service four stars because they put my German Shepherd's ashes in a beautiful box in which I chose but then put the box in a small bag as if it was an item purchased in a store. The box didn't fit well. It was put in sideways!

He was very kind and caring.He told me the actual date Bella died.And he also had Bella Nameplate made to put on her cremation box.
