I had a horrible experience with Xfinity over the phone a few weeks back and was going to cancel my service after 4 years. I went by my local Xfinity store in Mt. Pleasant, SC to return outdated equipment and it was a completely different experience that made me feel like I was a valued customer. The female manager of the store was so welcoming, not pushy and wanted to help! Devon was the sales representative that helped me find a package that would save me money. He was knowledgeable and friendly. The atmosphere felt like everyone got along and enjoyed working at that location. Something you don't see often anymore.

I can't say enough good things about David Cruz. He has been super helpful with helping me move to a new location, start Xfinity service, and troubleshoot. He has even returned calls on his day off. This man deserves a raise. Such a pleasure working with him!

I’m so glad I went to this store to set up my Xfinity account. David went above and beyond getting me set up with an account that had everything I needed! I had such a complicated issue with my comcast emails getting mixed up and David fixed it with ease and made the whole experience a fun errand for me. Honestly if you are in the area I highly recommend going in store for any concerns or needs.

I have been a very loyal Xfinity customer and have never had an issue with my monthly service. In fact, I recommended them to most clients. However, today I had two different service windows to move a line and both were no shows with no call. My construction workers were there waiting both times for the line to be moved and no one came or called. I’ve tried to speak with a human all day today with no success. Now my construction is further delayed. I just needed a line moved. I’m now considering leaving Xfinity. I would really appreciate assistance to rectify my situation. Thank you.

Poor speeds and data caps. We're getting charged $100 extra this month for using the Internet on top of our normal bill. If there is any other provider in your area, I'd recommend them.

David at the store was super helpful for me and my wife. We switched our cell service and he was able to save us money, lower cable/internet bill, and we each got new phones.He is very knowledgeable and helpful. So far, everything promised has happened. That's all you really want in these situations.

My experience with the call in part of affinity was a nightmare. My new apartment required me to use them for internet. I got a discount for cell service to do I signup for that too. They couldn’t get my phone activated not matter how many times we tried. That was when I could actually get someone on the phone I could understand & knew what they were doing. I decided to see if Satan had a cell phone plan because I would’ve signed up with him first. Then I stopped in & talked to Evon B. I told her my story & she said, no problem. I walked out of that store with everything working in no time. Whatever she is paid should be doubled at least! I was really nervous about this company until I met her. She is my go too, if she leaves I’ll cancel my account. Promote her & give her more money!!!
