Had a terrible experience at this Salon. Booked my appointment days in advance then was told to come early for the appointment. Sat there and waited 25 minutes. Then got the most rushed haircut I’ve ever had. I told her to not cut my hair too short and she completely chopped it all off.

I had to try 4 different places before finding Willow. And I only found them because I walked by and saw this woman with gorgeous red hair doing someone’s hair. I had just come from yet another stylist who could not nail my strawberry blonde and was leaving the next day for my Dad’s wedding. The owner was super sweet and squeezed me in and magically fixed my color. Thank you ❤️❤️❤️

Literally obsessed!! Rachael is amazing!!!! The layers were absolutely perfect and I have gotten so many compliments on my hair. Will be coming back!!!

Can’t say enough about the energy in this salon. Rachael attends to all of my needs and makes me so comfy everytime I go in! She’s knowledgeable, professional, and is so passionate in what she does. Highly recommend!!

To preface- i have very straight thin hair. i keep it above my shoulders for this reason but I dread going to new stylists because my hair is so easy to mess up with this cut. Rachael did my hair and she killed it!! exactly what i asked for and then she styled with the most beautiful beach curls that i can never achieve when i try to curl my hair like that. 10/10 would recommend her

If you decide to go this salon don’t go to RACHEL I made an appointment for a simple wash and style.I wanted my ends curled. She washed my scalp fine but the mid to ends was not washed properly. I asked her to wash my hair fully and thoroughly in the bowl which was ignored leaving my hair sticky. She tried to use products on my hair out of which one did not even have a nozzle and won’t even open. I wasn’t familiar with any of the other products she used. She was struggling with the round brush and dryer pulling my hair in all directions. At some point she admitted she is not used to blow drying with a brush. To make it easier on her I mentioned it is OK to dry my hair the way she is comfortable with and then she can flip my ends with curling iron. She finished drying and then started to use a straightener on me. That’s not the style I wanted so again asked her to curl my hair. At which point she borrowed the curling iron from her boss. She was struggling to use it, already 45 minutes gone I asked her if she has ever used a curling iron before and she said no. I asked her if she does not know how to curl hair using a round brush or a curling iron why did she take my appointment as I was very clear what I wanted. She mentioned she will charge me half price and yet charged me full price. I left with dirty frizzy un-styled hair. As I was on vacation I did not carry tools or products which is why I made the appointment in the first place. I had to go to a different salon to fix it. If you cannot do a basic wash or style then I would NOT trust her with your coloring and cut services. I usually don’t bother leaving reviews but the service was so bad I had to say something.

Alyssa is not only extremely sweet but also excellent at her job. After a whole year of all type of hair mishaps, I went to Willow for the first time and she did an amazing job with my hair and took the time and patience to do exactly what I wanted with my hair. I love her!!

Taylor is so nice and is the first person in Charleston since I moved here that knows exactly how to color and highlight my hair just like I used to have it done where I grew up. She is fabulous and very talented!The salon is very peaceful and very professional. I highly recommend Taylor and Willow Salon.I would give her 10 stars or more if I could!!Services: Blowouts

I have been using Amy Arrington for a few months now and highly recommend her. When my stylist moved out of state, I was doubtful I would find someone that could provide subtle, natural color and a great haircut. Amy is great at both. She also does a great Brazilian blowout. She listens and also makes recommendations. I am very happy I found her!
