So my purse and everything got stolen. I had no actual cash to get a new ID so I went to this Wells Fargo location for the first time. I told the woman who greeted me at the front my situation, and she downright told me they didn’t know me so they couldn’t help me even though I had my Wells Fargo app on and logged in. I know I don’t have an ID, but even after hearing my story she declined everything without welcoming me or finding another way to help the situation. She said I could deposit my check, but they don’t know me. So if I have no card or cash and don’t have an ID, how does a person expect another to get any farther. Thankful for dual lanes in North Charleston though because they found a way to be helpful to me

Solid Bank location on Coleman Blvd! Everyone here is personable! I have to say Dan West is a great account specialist! Thanks for helping my mother countless times!

The staff is very friendly but also very slow. Especially in drive thru. With the new conduction on Coleman it is hard to get in and out of.

Worst Wells Fargo I have been in two and a very long time 1115 in the morning one teller open for people standing around nobody offered to help me waited in line for 10 minutes with one customer in front of me and finally said to myself I am leaving this shitty little bank and not coming back! Terrible customer service and very unhelpful staff

Jennifer the bank manager is great. She deserves a raise, the rest seem very friendly.

Terrible branch. Their ATM across the street has been out of service more than it has been working. It has currently been out of order for more than a month. I'm sure the folks that work at this branch are nice people but the ATM across the street needs to be repaired or removed.

I had a credit card dispute and Wells Fargo fought for me. The banker, Dan West and also Chris, another banker, stood with me. In contrast, USAA bank credit card company did not. Wells Fargo corporate went to arbitration for me. Stay with your local bank. Wells Fargo has won my respect and loyalty.

The bankers at Wells Fargo Coleman Blvd. and Broad Street assisted me in charging back a "purchase" in which the product was never shipped to me. They made the process easy for me. That unethical merchant had no shipping invoice to provide to Wells Fargo, so Wells Fargo returned $1000 to my account.

I generally bank here because it's the closest location to home. How much do we really bank anymore? It's not often but anytime I've had an issue I've been able to resolve it quickly and with a smile. The people who work here seem to genuinely enjoy their jobs. Plus, the best thing is ATM's on both sides of the street so you can always pull in and out easy.

This location of Wells Fargo has it going on. The reason I say this is they have an ATM on each side of the road; one in an indoor kiosk in the main building and another that is a drive up ATM across the street. So no matter which direction of Coleman you are traveling you will have ATM access without having pull out in traffic, especially during rush hour.
