Extremely slow, they have 1 window open and a bunch of people standing around doing nothing. The district manager needs to take charge over this branch until they find a competent branch manager that can train their staff on effective methods of running a bank, clearly the one they have must be lazy and is one of those that clock in and clock out

Extremely long wait times. Very slow incompetent staff. Policies only apply when it benefits the bank. Conveniently for the costumer there's no consideration. Horrible experience everytime I come!

Everyone I have dealt with at this branch have been very nice and helpful. The only reason I do not give 5-stars is because the ATM is broken / does not accept deposits more often than I would like. First World problems...

The atm is always broken, either not accepting deposits or withdrawals, even on the weekend... place is ridiculous, time to find a new bank

I have been a customer at this branch for 4 years. They are always polite and helpful. I have had car loans, mortgages and many bank accounts.

Terrible customer service. Paid off my mortgage today and they were so rude and did not even say thanks! I guess they are not getting my money anymore so why be polite!? Also paid numerous principal payments at this bank location and online asking for principal only and it was applied as a payment several times. I had to call and get my payments reversed numerous times. Waste of time. Terrible bank! They don't give two craps about their customers.

Worst bank/branch that I ever went into. Obnoxious teller (Ashley). They don't even give you a legible receipt. The corporate policy on availability of funds borders on theft. There are too many other choices out there-stay away from Wells Fargo and especially this branch.

Don't even trying calling this location, they don't answer. I called today to ask a simple question. The phone rang for more than 3 minutes and then an automated voice told me to call back later. Really??? I've always been fond of Wells Fargo and have several accounts, mortgages, etc., with them. I thought customer service was their thing. I know it's not with phone service. Why don't they be upfront and tell everyone not to call because no one will answer. Maybe it's time to try business with another bank!

If you are seeking a 1st house mortgage...run! They have been nothing short of a nightmare from start to finish. Long story short, they delayed our closing by nearly a month due to incompetence on their part. They have terrible communication - always out of town, sick or simply just aren't there. They've ignored and not returned calls. I never knew what was actually going on with my loan. Even after a formal complaint was filled, they still failed to reach out. They "overlooked" documents that were sent to them literally 2 months prior to when they reached out saying they never received them. We would then fwd the original email with the time stamp, but it was to no avail. At one point they claimed we cancelled our loan process, which was never the case (though looking back we probably should have). I don't have a positive thing to share about my experience with them. If you go through them for a mortgage, all I have to say is good luck!

Apparently you need an account to exchange change for cash... I mean other then holding people money doesn't a bank exchange? I was late and did not have time to talk to a manger when that teller told me that.. But I will be back... She seemed new anyway
