Grateful for the staff! Had a very time sensitive situation that required a lot of attention and time. The team member, Blake was super helpful and knowledgeable. They were able to resolve my issue and answer all my questions. They definitely live up to their one business word, “COURTESY”!!

I used the atm last night to deposit money the machine ate my money so I called claims and got the usual WF run around of you have to wait 7-10 days till we investigate so this morning I called my branch (wando crossing, same atm I used) and I was told their atm is through someone else and I’d have to wait and I told them I had a bill coming out….now my account is overdrawn and basically I’m supposed to wait until they decide to put my money in that I deposited already , so many times I’ve had my account hacked now this definitely not a customer geared bank I DONT RECOMMEND THEM

What an awful experience! I went to the branch today with my husband and my friend to open a business account and checking account for my friend and have the worst experience ever. We were treated extremely racist with bad attitude. I were there try to help my friend explain what she need for her checking account and all i get is ignored. Shannon didn’t even give me eyes contact when she talked to me, staring at my friend make her feeling very uncomfortable. We ended up left the bank without opening any account. I have been helping friends that don’t speak English for years and never have problem open a checking account before. I came to do business, not begging business. It’s ashamed that Wells Fargo is a good reputation have been doing business for years treated their customers like that

I have been a customer for 20+ years. I recently had a major surgery and was unable to get to the bank. I live out in the county and there is only one location close enough, which is in Racine/Mt.Pleasant. I sent my son with a complete envelope with a signed check, cash, a deposit slip and my ID. The banker refused to deposit the cash, because my son didn't have my debit card. Had he had my debit card, he would have had to go to the ATM and deposit it. Either way, it would have been two transactions. Now, my son, who lives in Kenosha, has to come all the way back out to Union Grove, so drive back into Racine, to deposit my cash. What brain child makes up rules like this. Why would my cash not just get deposited at the same time? Is there a ring of folks running around putting extra cash in folks bank accounts? Useless. You have been no help what-so-ever and made everyone struggle just a little bit more to use your bank.

This is the worst banking experience ever. Your bank can't help you when you have a problem from being hacked. You can make an appt and come back another time. Really? Ugh.

Make sure you have ample time, if you’re planning on doing business with this branch!I’ve been a customer for 20+ years, and the service is HORRIBLE at this location.I now drive across town to Coleman blvd branch.

Had a scheduled appointment to take care of some family business and was greeted promptly and brought to a desk and after that it went down hill. Couldn't really tell why the person sitting across the desk was non engaging and rude. Was it because of the time day? Maybe i was the last appointment? And on top of they made feel like a criminal, it was weird. Let me say I am not a Wells Fargo customer but was tending to a relatives business who is. The irony is the first question they asked was, "are you a customer". I think they were offended..So, not only am i not,but will never be. And once i get the accounts straightened out i will be moving to another bank. Cmon corporate, train, train,train and then train some more. Soooooo disappointed

First let me say I’m a fan of Wells Fargo but this location has horrible customer service. The one on Coleman Blvd is much better

Worst Wells Fargo I have experienced. The lines frequently wrap around the building, the atm is frequently broken or being serviced during peak hours. I am considering leaving wells because it is so inconvenient to bank here.

I left home today and forgot my ATM card. I had a Dr appointment in Mt. Pleasant, I'm from Georgetown. I was almost out of gas and over an hour from home. I had no way to access my account because I had already generated too many card free access codes within a 24 hour time frame. It was 4pm and I pulled up to the bank, they already set the closed sign up and put a barricade out. I went around it hoping they would take pity on my situation. A nice Manager stepped out and informed me that they are closed but after explaining my situation to her she said we will make an exception. They saved me. Thank the good Lord above for the nice bankers at this locatiion. They had no way of knowing I'm a widow or that a tornado ripped through my property 2 days before or that I have been out of work since this pandemic started. I only left to come to Mt Pleasant for a neccessary Dr appointment. Thank you all so much!I have added photos to back up my review.

Solid Wells Fargo location! It has 4 Drive Thru Lanes that flow pretty well! Personnel here are courteous and helpful! 4 Stars !!
