I'm from Myrtle Beach and I come up to Zip's carwash and they are nice. Helpful , service is fast and on time and the vacuum jets are clear always not spotted up and the areas is clean thanks Mount pleasant for the best service

Why is it closed for washes so often? I have come by multiple times on weekends during normal hours and it’s closed for washes. Like today, 11am on a Sunday…when people want to wash their cars.

Thank goodness for Antonio! He was so kind to go out of his way when he was busy to help me jump my car when the battery died as I was vacuuming. The world needs more Antonios!

I was a member for a long time but cancelled recently. The staff is nice but the equipment never seems to be fully functional from the sensor that opens the gate all the way through.

Half their equipment is broken, paid 30$ and car came out completely wet and still dirty. Taking to the guys onsite they admitted some stuff is broken but didn't offer anything to right the situation. Have been going there for quite some time, won't return

Member for a few years through this location. Employees change frequently, but they are good hires and actually care. The mechanicals of this wash need significant improvement. Multiple elements work in a limited fashion or not at all. RH spinning mop inoperative for maybe 60 days at the time of this writing. Other locations that I visit are a step above this 29466 locale.

The gentleman that helped me today was extremely helpful in making sure my car got clean! The customer service was above and beyond and I appreciate more than you know!
