As a Walgreens employee myself, the customer service in this store is disgustingly horrible. I asked the manager to use one of their computers to print out a paystub as I am an active Walgreens employee and the manager agreed and then proceeded to completely ignore me for the next 30 to 40 minutes. Going as far as too tell me one more minute and taking another 20 or so. I would never recommend this store to anyone wanting quality customer service.

Latonda is a great employee!! She is so helpful and kind hearted! Made sure that I had gotten my poster that I ordered by reaching out to me personally and greeted me with a smile!!!!

The man at the desk was rude and didnt even seem to show any manners, when my friend put an item back into a basket he stated passive aggressively to not put it back so harshly. Another friend wanted to try a hat on and when she did he immediately told me to go grab it from her since he had to "destroy" it. If that's wallgreens policy i understand and that's our fault, but his attitude informing us was inappropriate and overall the experience felt belittling and rude.

Employee Kerry was staring at us the entire time we were in the store as if we were gonna steal or something. We picked out 1 thing for my daughter and it rang up incorrectly. So I politely said I think it was a different price. Kerry told me that some how it must not have been the price I said it was and he then proceeded to argue with my husband. He said do u want me to call the manager. So of course I said yes. The manager a short black woman came out and said somebody must have put it in the wrong place. I said no the tag says the correct item and upc number. Please go check it. She finally did and then said to Kerry ok alter the price and he did and finished my order without speaking to me as he mumbled to the manager lady I have never been so disrespected by anyone. I literally did nothing wrong just wanted the item for the price that was labled. These people especially Kerry deserves to be fired.

Jennifer, the person working the desk, was rude, slow and made a scene as she reprimanded me for how I placed items on the counter which I was attempting to purchase. Walgreens should be ashamed to know that she is representing their company. Horrible horrible customer service

The rudest check out man I’ve experienced at a Walgreens - and I’m from New York, so that’s saying a lot! I was trying to help by putting all of our stuff on the counter for his easy access to check us out faster. He was very short with me and told me I needed to stop and I was messing up his “sorting” and just glared at us. A terrible attitude - should probably not be employed if he can’t handle customer facing role with a bit more grace.

Helpful!! I called to have a prescription moved because my regular pharmacy didn’t have it in stock. Not only did they call the pharmacy to get the prescription transferred over they then called and told me my insurance wouldn’t covered anymore but they used a discount card I had on file and told me how much the prescription would cost before they filled it, I couldn’t have gotten better service!

The pharmacist (Mario) at this location is the rudest person I've ever encountered. He acts like it's a burden for him to even walk up to the counter or even the drive-thru and the way he speaks to you makes it seem like your stupid. If I could give negative stars I would.

I would give this Walgreens 100 stars if I could, specifically the pharmacist- I didn't get her name (sorry), but she had very long light blonde hair and was pretty young. I came in last weekend stressed out trying to buy diabetes supplies for a family member. I had no idea what I was doing, and she spent time with me explaining the different glucose meters, showing me how to insert the test strips, and helping me figure out the best one for our needs. I cannot thank her enough and highly recommend this pharmacy.

Pharmacy does not do a good job or keep their word on what they say they will do. I've been out of one med for 3 weeks and they can't get it I've got another they say is on backorder but a relative on the same med was able to get it at publix. Also they never take responsibility for their mistakes it's either the insurance company or the manufacturer that is wrong. And I have 2 health insurance and they always fail to file properly and charge me more so either I have to wait for them to figure it out or leave and come back o ce they figure it out. Customer service with few exceptions is terrible
