Ordered online Got email my order was ready, with the store hours being open to 7Show up at 610 even though email & phone message say they were open to 7. Try to knock on the door employee just waved me off. Trying to do the right & pick up my order. Oh well, I will just order online some where else. Actually, was going to pick up a few cases of drinks for teenage kids. That's why I decided I would pick up in person.

Horrendous establishment, stay away. Posted hours are not accurate. They close at 5-6 pm on weekdays. Terrible customer service.

They are never open until 7:30 like they say they are. Closed this evening when I arrived at 6:20 but the two employees were inside talking. This has happened to me many times. Guess I’ll have to go to GNC from now on after work.

Great store. Helpful staff member who was able to assist me with locating exactly what I was looking for. They have a great selection, very clean and well-kept and a cool layout. Will be back soon.

I am visiting mt. Pleasant from Colorado. I was happy that a place like this was available while visiting. I asked for a supplement that I’d never bought before and the store attendant knew exactly where I could find it. They even had organic ACV available so I was able to get everything I needed in one place. The best part was, I started feeling better after using the store’s products! So I can’t express how grateful I was for this store!

This store has a very good and wide selection of products. The Staff are very helpful. The Vitamin Shoppe Rewards program is lacking - the Rewards expire too soon. But, that's not the fault of the store. The location is a bit tricky, not having great direct access to getting onto Hwy 17.

I really like their selection and have been able to find exactly what I have been looking for each time without any problems.The staff here is very knowledgeable and willing to assist you if you need it.
