Matt Loretta went out of his way to resolve my issue and guarantee my satisfaction as a new customer. He ruled out the most common issues, then he got on Tech Support. It seems my previous carrier had to provide a pin #. He set me up at a desk with a phone and allowed me to sit there and get on tech support with my previous provider. It took over an hour, and Matt periodically checked with me to see if I needed anything. Finally we got a new pin and he initiated the transfer of service. It worked! Matt gave me personal service instead of sending me to automated Tech Support. We need more Matt Lorettas in this world. Thanks for a great customer experience!!!

John who just helped us at store 101 was very patient with us reviewing the bill in detail and explaining everything. He really went above and beyond to help us and we were very pleased with the entire experience.

Called the Verizon 1800 number, after an hour , even they tried to reach the highway 17 store and they told me no one would answer the phone. It was in regards to an issue we had setting up my iPhone and we needed information from the employees at the store. Unable to reach the store no matter who you call.

Yesterday’s experience was excellent—thanks to Heather. She knows the ins and outs of Verizon plans, and she took the time to solve my problem in a way that cost me no extra money on my monthly bill. She’s efficient, smart, and friendly.

It is very hard to get anything done through Verizon. No direct line into the Hwy N 17 store. When you finally get to someone at the 800#, you don't get a correct answer. After 15minutes I got a phone number. Turns out the 843# puts you right back into the 800# loop. Will have to drive to the store to make an appointment; otherwise, you can wait hours for service. If ATT was better, I would switch carriers.
