Walk in here any time of day and they will treat you like doggy doodoo. Totally phony creepy insincere twigs who stand around in the front who demand to know if you have “an appointment” even when the store is empty ! I went in yesterday Sunday when there was one customer in there, and THREE unemployed twits walking around like I was transparent. After 15 minutes of hanging around waiting to give these twits my money, when I inquired when one of them would take care of my purchase…I was told “when your appointment comes up”.
4 employees that I could see in front, with just ONE customer and all I got was this imperious attitude ! Ridiculous !
I went promptly to the non-company-owned Cellular Sales store on Johnnie Dodds where I was treated with appreciation and competence.
DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE !!!

Brown, the manager verified my sons trade in was going to apply as he'd thought it would and walked us through the billing as we turned in an old phone. The experience was great from start to finish and Breton had us out of there in less than 10 minutes. Highly recommend d these folks and Breon is an All-Star.

The associates here are inept. They made SEVERAL mistakes that have cost me a lot of money and hours spent on the phone with customer support. Avoid this place at all costs.

Had to go and pick up our new phone that was ordered via the Verizon website at this store. It was the most horrible serve that we have ever encountered at any Verizon service center especially since we were dealing with the store manager. He didn't want to transfer service from old Verizon phone and instead handle us instructions how we were to do this on on own. He even had the audacity to ask if we could read the printout instructions that he handed us; guess he didn't know we were Ivy League graduates. He then had a problem transferring the info from the old phone to the new. Guess he wasn't an Ivy. Needless to say this was a horrible experience and would say to go to another Verizon store. Verizon should be embarrassed that they pick this person to be a store manager.

I purchased an iPhone XS from this location and was fortunate to work with Dave Farda in the process. Dave made everything very easy, thoroughly explained everything, and made sure that everyone on my family plan was receiving the best deal possible. Dave was very patient and intent on getting things right for my trade-in and helped me set up the new phone (even though this store supposedly does not do that). Moving forward, I'll definitely go out of my way to see Dave at this location. His professionalism and sincerity in getting it right was very refreshing.
