Employees don’t want to work. Makes you do their job. I have problems with this store everytime I come in. I come back periodically hoping it’ll get better. It never does. Makes you do anything automated before they’ll help you at all. You shouldn’t be forced to use something automated if you don’t want to.

Daughter left her phone in my car on Friday. When I got back in town I made it to UPS fifteen minutes before closing and paid to have it overnighted. Next day no phone. Called the office and they dropped the ball. It will hopefully be delivered Monday. Tried to call the office to see if I could change the address for 30 minutes no answer so I left work got there and was told changing the address would take another day. Should have just drove back to Columbia.

The hours say they are open at 8 AM, but they are still closed even at 8:15 AM. Unreliable business hours

Ignore the posted hours that say they open at 8am. This morning I waited until 8:20 for someone to finally show up. Based on other comments, this seems to be normal for this store.

Why put your hours on the door saying you open at 8am when it is never open at that time? For example, today I went at 8am and waited 10 minutes and there was no sign of life in that store with all doors locked and lights off....

This location is very slow and that’s when they’re open. Sign says open at 8 am. I came 3 days in a row around 8:29 and they were not open.

DJ was so nice to help me process my very last minute passport information so I could make it to my trip that left in a weeks time. He settled my stress and made me grateful that I came to this location. The customer service was impeccable! I would highly recommend.

Place was packed when I walked in and thought I was about to spend an hour in line. This store crew is the epitome of team work. The entire line of 10+ customers was taken care of and out the door in less than 5mins. The entire crew was pleasant to engage with but particularly Jason was friendly, helpful and fast. 10/10 work recommended this store for packaging or mailing needs. This is what every ups store experience should look like.

We got married at UPS! Tiffany the check out lady notarized our marriage papers, took a photo for us, and send us on our merry way. I am a big fan of this store, not only for shipping packages, but also for the fact that it makes me so happy to be reminded of one of the best moments of my life each and every time I have to ship something. As my mom said, "UPS really does deliver."

Jason is always there bright and early with a good attitude. He is proficient and helpful. I hope his boss see this and considers this when he is up for a raise especially considering no one wants that job and at the very least buys the young man s good lunch.

The UPS Store located in the Queensboro shopping center in MountPleasant is the best!!! They help me out every time I go there which is often. And they do not make me feel stupid ‼️‼️

It was an easy in and out for me yesterday. I needed to return a purchase from Amazon. I was in Mount Pleasant and had time to kill so I was not sitting in traffic. Waze took me to this location. I walked in and was able to walk right up to the counter with no issues returning my item. The only complaint is parking. The UPS store is in a shopping center with Publix and several other businesses. It took me a minute to find a spot that was not close at all to the UPS store. I didn't mind getting extra steps in but just an idea if you had something big or heavy to ship or take in!

Time is not of the essence. Three people working, five people in line, more coming than going, packages pile up and on the floor, and confusion seems normal for the employees. This location is not the place I want to establish a long-term relationship.
