Horrible experience through the UPS location on Johnny Dodds Boulevard. Had a specialty large piano keyboard packaged and shipped from this location. When it arrived, the box was beat up and there was no padding inside whatsoever. No foam no peanuts, etc.?!!!!
The keyboard had slammed around so hard it broke several of the keys from the shaft, and we had to take the keyboard to an authorized dealer over an hour from our home for Repair. We paid almost $200 topackage and ship it, including insurance.
We have Photos as proof, receipts, repair bill and all documents as required and sent them all. We followed the protocol on the receipt to file a claim. We have heard nothing. We followed through with the claim company and they reached out directly to the store on Dodds Boulevard. An agent promised we would receive a call from the store manager. That was almost a week ago. No call back. We have been trying to call daily But the locations phone number is full and the voicemail is full, so we are unable to get through. We live out of state and are unable to just pop into the store. This whole experience has been unprofessional and extremely upsetting. We have always trusted UPS until now. This branch has disappointed us on all levels and we Certainly expect the situation to be resolved, and our insurance claim to be fulfilled.

Employees don’t want to work. Makes you do their job. I have problems with this store everytime I come in. I come back periodically hoping it’ll get better. It never does. Makes you do anything automated before they’ll help you at all. You shouldn’t be forced to use something automated if you don’t want to.

Daughter left her phone in my car on Friday. When I got back in town I made it to UPS fifteen minutes before closing and paid to have it overnighted. Next day no phone. Called the office and they dropped the ball. It will hopefully be delivered Monday. Tried to call the office to see if I could change the address for 30 minutes no answer so I left work got there and was told changing the address would take another day. Should have just drove back to Columbia.

Ignore the posted hours that say they open at 8am. This morning I waited until 8:20 for someone to finally show up. Based on other comments, this seems to be normal for this store.

Why put your hours on the door saying you open at 8am when it is never open at that time? For example, today I went at 8am and waited 10 minutes and there was no sign of life in that store with all doors locked and lights off....

This location is very slow and that’s when they’re open. Sign says open at 8 am. I came 3 days in a row around 8:29 and they were not open.

DJ was so nice to help me process my very last minute passport information so I could make it to my trip that left in a weeks time. He settled my stress and made me grateful that I came to this location. The customer service was impeccable! I would highly recommend.
