Decent little store; however, there was not as much sports as I was thinking there would be. Its main focus is outerwear, kayaking, and skiing/snowboarding. Still a decent selection of those things. The two guys I interacted with were friendly too.

Went to buy Kayak carry Toggle handle and bouncy cord hooks to replace loosed ones, handles were decent price, 2 for $14.99. But I was changed $3. 49 EACH for 4 small hooks total $ 13.96. They just loosed a potential frequent future customer because this rip-off.

let me jump on board here....bought my first Hobe and accessories here and had a great experience working with Joey and Dave. A year later their support is stellar. Had some small issues that were resolved seamlessly. Cant say enough about their attention and support...highly recommend you look at them for all your paddle sport needs.

Great, fast service. We rented skis for an out of town trip..the quality, prices, and speed/ease of service are all much better than renting at the mountain. Will go here for all my future ski needs.

Went to drop off a fin drive for repair and they blew my expectations out of the water when they fixed it right on the spot (thankfully, they had the part in stock). Exceptional customer service and knowledgeable staff who are willing to help!!!

I wanted to test out a Hobie Outback pedal drive kayak, so I contacted Time Out Sports. Dolphin Dave, the salesman stated that they had 1 available and to come on in and try it out. When I arrived, they couldn't have been more helpful, they supplied everything that I would need, including the wheels (to move it in and out of the water), tie-downs, paddle, life jacket, etc., all for $65.00 and I didn't have to have it back until the next day. The Hobie pedal drive was everything that I hoped it would be, good speed and excellent maneuverability. When I returned the Hobie, they unloaded it for me and rinsed everything off. They also told me that if I was interested in purchasing one in the next month, they would use the rental fee towards the purchase, that's a good business model for taking care of your customers. I highly recommend Time Out Sports and their staff.

Rented your kayaks months ago with a friend who had a truck and loved it! But please find a way for others without a truck or roof rack to rent your kayaks (maybe several tow trailers). If you guys can offer that, I would be delighted to rent there more often because I don't have a truck or roof rack!!! =)

I can only say awesome things about Timeout Sport & Ski! I have a touring kayak, but could not get it up on my car without someone else. I decided to buy another smaller/lighter kayak for times that I wanted to kayak when others could not help me. Here's the amazing part....they instead spent time teaching me a way that I could get my kayak on my car by myself! (And now I can....see pic!) What fantastic customer service! Definitely go here for all your kayaking needs and be confident that they will do what's right for you!!! THANK YOU Frank and Timeout Sport and Ski!!
