I just wanted to say Dr. Berger and her team were very kind and considerate. I'm visiting out of state and needed to touch base for my dogs vaccines and some medications.
They got me in same day. Intake was less than 5 minutes. Got to talk with one of the staff to explain what's up and my concerns.
My doodle is anxious around new people, no big deal Dr. Berger adjusted and we gave her vaccines without much fuss at all. She was very attentive and answered all my questions for continual care while I stay here on the coast.
I will also say they are very affordable.
Thank y'all for the visit, I appreciate it immensely. I felt like I was visiting my normal vet.

So impressed with the entire staff at Tidewater Veterinary. We feel so lucky to have Dr. Ella Berger taking care of our family dog. She is not only an amazing vet but she is kind and compassionate as well.

Would highly recommend Dr. Ella Berger and Tidewater. Dr. Berger was knowledgeable and comforting. The clinic was friendly and professional. Dr. Berger checked in on our dog after our visit too. Overall, a great experience.

i recently switched from a clinic downtown in order to follow Dr. Berger. She is knowledgeable and kind so I would follow her with my cat anywhere. I was happy to see that the Clinic is warm and inviting and there is always plenty of parking. My cat has been through a lot so it is really wonderful that I can always depend on Dr Ella Berger. I have briefly seen another female vet at the clinic and she was seemingly very good as well. The staff was very friendly every time I went in.

Dr Bostian is the best Veterinarian ever - the only one in five years who has ever been able to see my dog for routine care and vaccines without having to sedate him - she’s amazing!

My Jazzy jumped off the bed and impacted her knee...she was in terrible pain and I have a travel vet. Not a fan of the emergency vet in Mt. P so took her to Tidewater Veterinary and they got me right in. I don't usually take the time to do reviews and I wasn't asked to:) ..I can not say enough good things and how wonderful they were...the girls came out and helped me carry her in on her dog bed (she is a 66 pound dog) Dr. B was amazing and so gentle. They got her into a splint called and got a call into see Dr. Cook (surgeon). They have followed up every day to see how she is doing and truly care. I feel like the old days when your vet knew you and your dogs name.

Cancelled my appointment on me and never got in contact with me to let me know. Emailed me an appointment confirmation, text me an appointment confirmation, but walked in Monday morning and said oh sorry we tried to call you. No missed calls, never left a voicemail. Waste of time.

Our regular vet could not see us so we called Tidewater on a whim. I am so happy we did. The kindness, expertise, and compassion shown towards our pet and us was absolutely outstanding. We will be switching to Tidewater for all of our future pet needs!
